Gasteam 

I wish I could give zero stars. They took £2250/- from us as a deposit for boiler replacement in Sep '20. Since then they kept rescheduling installation date and now they have stopped responding to our emails & calls. Not a single penny's worth of work was carried out. Beware of any companies run by director of this company.

There engineer took off mid way through a service with parts off our boiler. Leaving us with no explanation or paperwork the next day. Gas team then blackmailed us, refusing to return the parts without full payment for the service that was not complete.
Still no explanation as to why the engineer removed the parts and took off leaving us with no hot water for 2 days in the winter.

If I could rate Gasteam lower than bad I would! I live at home with two young children and called Gasteam out to service the boiler yesterday. A Gasteam engineer turned up and after twenty minute advised me I had a gas leak. There was no gas leak prior to his arrival. He advised me that he would call someone else and get them to come anc check. A member of staff from SGN came shortly after, and advised that he does not understand where the leak has come from, it didn’t make sense. He advised that the engineer from Gasteam seemed awfully dodgy. The Gasteam staff left as soon as the SGN engineer arrived, without giving me any further information. I don’t even have his name. I was handed a safety warning notice as the gas had to be cut off. I couldn’t use my shower, cook food and had no heating.... still have none of this. I had an engineer visit today from a different company who advised me that two parts had been removed from the boiler, which had consequently cause a gas leak. The boiler cannot be repaired without these parts. Subsequently, I have contacted Gasteam, and am awaiting a phonecall however it has been nearly a day. I am now getting no answer when calling. I am now cold within my own home, I can’t cook dinner for my children and none of us can have a shower. I’m not only disgusted in the first member of staff who left without fixing a fault he caused and leaving me and my children without hot food, heating and hot water, I am also disgusted that Gasteam have failed to get back to me and gone to their warm homes to eat their warm food and have a hot bath! In these current circumstances, this is diabolical!

Gasteam replaced the existing electric heating system in my house with a gas central heating system comprising of a combi boiler, five radiators and pipework. Several months on and I've had no problems. The quote was also competitive and the after service has also been great.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to get gas central heating installed.

I would highly recommend gasteam to anyone requiring their services. The work they carried out was to a very high standard, the staff were very polite, helpful and punctual. Very happy with their service and will be most definitely be using them again in the future.

Good and Prompt service - Andrew set expectation correctly and gave all information upfront. He has a good team who knows the job. After couple of days of installation, there were some minor adjustment and he came quickly to resolve them.

Amazing service, very knowledgeable. Helped me install a new boiler as well get the MK national energy foundation cash back too.

My boiler was on its last legs and gave up during the coldest November possible. I spoke to Dave who assured me his team could replace the boiler in the 2 days allotted. His team did a wonderful job. Pipework is clean and professional. Fitting the flue to the roof was done with ease. Also flushed the system to make sure pipes are clear and clean.
