Fully recommend the Great Gate Company in Corsham. Had measurements taken, then plans submitted. The gates we chose were then made, and within a few weeks, they were fitted. Very satisfied with the company. Very pleased with our nice new gates.

The service and help I received from Gateauto was second to none. Andy and his team was very helpful in dealing with my gate and parts problem. Rear to find this level of help and support nowadays. I would definitely recommend purchasing automatic gate equipment from Gate Auto. Not only are the products great quality but the after sales service is excellent. With the technical assistance of Craig at Gate Auto I have completely replaced my electrical gate system with a modern Beninca control board and a smart new proximity reader. Throughout the installation Craig offered his full support from simple wiring diagrams to technical expertise and fault resolution.
In my experience it is rare that such technical support is offered in such an amenable way and for me I could not have undertaken the installation without it.

We were having issues with our gate maintenance / installation company being unable to get the remote controls to operate while approaching the gates on the roadside. Following advice from Gateauto regarding antenna location we have been able to get everything working smoothly

Very helpful company who took plenty of time to ensure I was buying the correct kit for my situation. I have also been given a personal contact if we have issues when fitting the kit. You can’t ask for any more than that!

We got electric gate controls from North Valley Forge (Gateauto) for our previous house and had no problems at all. We then moved to a big old property in Anglesey in 2021 and didn't even consider anyone else to supply the controls for the gate. The gates are quite a long way from the house, so we were grateful for advice from Andy Burrows. Once again - superb result. Everything works like a dream. We've just bought some more remotes because we now have 2 holiday lets on our property, so I'm taking the opportunity to review Gateauto. As a contrast, we have a friend in the Wirral and a friend here, who both installed electric gates, having seen ours. Sadly they went for cheap and cheerful controls, rather than Gateauto and both have had endless problems.

I called the helpline and spoke with Andy B. He was really patient, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He talked us through step by step the process to programme the wiring and the gate setup. I cannot recommend Gateauto enough. Fantastic products and excellent customer service. Thank you!!!!

The product I bought was competitively priced so no need to trawl through other sites.
The customer service is very good.
I had a few questions and I was able to contact the team who were very helpful.
