I’ve ordered over 10 days ago with express delivery. The item hasn’t arrived and I haven’t had any updates . I have sent multiple emails with no response .

Emailed twice, no response, no tracking and doesn’t seem like the coat has been dispatched!

I've emailed twice now about my order an still not heard anything back. If you are closing for the time being please can you issue a refund ASAP thankyou

I’m quite suprised with my order. I bought two dresses and a coord set from here and they were lovely. I have to return one dress due to not fitting right but the set was unreal! The second dress I’ve worn already and everyone asks where it’s from. I’ve packed the set and dress for holiday and will get a few more bits before I go.

The quality was amazing, delivery was good but not the fastest. Extremely happy with the bits I got.

The company took my money charged me for priority delivery asked where my item was multiple times to not be able to track it now 2 and a bit weeks later im down over 40 pounds no item and very rude customer service avoid company. Now won't answer my mail have marked item as returned and still no money back? When you order delivery it is only sent out signed for so no tracking or diverting or parcel which shouldn't be the case for amount charged

Amazing customer service, helped so much when I was having issues with Royal Mail delivering. The clothes are amazing and I’ll definitely be ordering more! Thankyou x

Coat is amazing I love it!! Really good quality and keeps me warm 🤍 my dad ordered me another for Christmas and it got lost with Royal Mail, customer service looked into this and refunded same day!!

The item has been received and took way longer than it should have and is of really cheap quality and not worth the price at all. There are no return instructions in the packet or on the website. Chat is available but I have been waiting for almost 30 mins for someone to tell me how to return still waiting now. Hopefully my refund will be processed quickly. Feedback would be to work on quicker delivery and to ensure your returns policy is in the packaging. Returns should be simple and easy to entice people to come back and use you again. Items should be priced around quality. Due to quality/price of the items I will not be doing this.

I ordered a black TERRI lounge set and fell in love with it when i tired it on, so had to order two more colours the same day! The material is so soft and thick, great for layering in winter. There are so many more amazing items on the website too!

I recieved my Bianca jacket this morning and I’m so in love. Quality was much better than expected and the photos. Thank you, will be ordering another.

I worry about instagram boutiques but was pleasantly surprised on this occasion. Item was as described and high quality. Arrived in time and better than expected. I would purchase from here again.

First time ordering from gbowtiue, I paid for priority delivery which is between 2-4 days and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. I haven’t received any email updates on my order, messaged multiple times and sent multiple emails and still waiting on a reply! Do not recommend buying from here, waste of money.

I purchased two coats and a tracksuit from here. Everybody asks us about the Bionca coat and the fur hood on my other coat is huge compared to the one I bought from another Insta boutique. Please restock the dark brown in the Bionca I’ve been waiting ages!!!! 😔

Worse buisness ive ever used still waiting on a coat i ordered over a month ago they hardly reply to messages and when they do they are rude. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND! my coat was given away. What kind of a buisness is this?? Can you blame me for being rude? My 13 year old daughter has no coat now so yeah i have given some rude comments rightly so!!!

I was over the moon with the coat when it first arrived so lovely that’s the credit I will give them. 2 days after receiving the coat the popper went on the left pocket. I wasn’t too bothered about but then a few days later the zip broke and will not fasten. I’ve, emailed, text & sent Facebook messages (which I was told to do) I have returned the coat in the meantime for a refund and DPD said it was refused at point of delivery. I just think it’s a joke myself and wouldn’t advise anyone to purchase anything from here if you have any intention of returning. I run an online boutique myself, I appreciate it’s a busy time but not having any communication with customers and ignoring all communication is just bad etiquette.

So glad I found this boutique. I have purchased from loads of Instagram boutiques and been disappointed but I am over the moon with my order.

The order came early and for the price it’s unreal. Everything was better than expected. I got some lounge sets, and two coats, the Biance and the Milan. And the Bianca jacket, honestly the quality was better than anything I’ve had before.

I will definately order again to stock up for all the Xmas Prezzies.

I purchased the Gabor coat at Gbowtique. It’s absolutely stunning, warm and thick with a massive fur hood. I’m completely in love with it and have since purchased the new brown colour. It would be five stars however I cannot give that as they do not offer guaranteed weekend delivery. I purchased a coat on Friday morning and for £10 would expect it to arrive for Saturday. It didn’t come until Monday morning! I needed it for the weekend. They need to look into offering a faster service ASAP for that price like other boutiques.

I LOVE my new coat! I ordered Bianca Brown Double Belt Faux Fur Coat, and I swear it has the softest fur. It is amazing and everyone who’s seen it loves it! The delivery was really quick and very well packaged!

I purchased a Black, Faux Fur, Jamie Coat from GBowtique on pre-order before Christmas. It arrived a day before stated which I was extremely satisfied with! However, the coat looks COMPLETELY different to the picture. It was ridiculously thin, more like a summer coat but in reality it is just a cheap material. I received discount on my order, otherwise the coat would’ve been £94.50! I chose return this item as I wouldn’t have paid £20 for this coat, nevermind the £70.65 that I did. If buying from this website, AVOID purchasing this item as you will be disappointed due to the misleading advertisement of the coat. I have been refunded now by GBowtique which was super quick.
