Highly unprofessional recruitment management and lack of communication

My experience with GDCC's recruitment process has been extremely poor. After completing 100% of the required training modules on Coassemble—which involved several hours of unpaid time—communication from the team completely ceased.

I was scheduled for a 4-hour technical test on Monday, January 26th, at 10:00 CET. To ensure my availability, I rescheduled an important professional commitment, causing me actual professional damage. Despite reaching out multiple times to the recruitment, planning, and team leader departments, I received no response other than an automated "out of office" reply from the recruiter, who is on holiday until February.

It is unacceptable to leave a candidate without the necessary meeting link after they have met all requirements and made significant schedule adjustments. While the international environment seemed interesting, the lack of coordination and respect for candidates' time is a major red flag. I would advise others to be cautious, as the professional standards displayed here are very low regarding candidate management.

La mia esperienza con il processo di selezione di GDCC è stata pessima. Dopo aver completato il 100% dei moduli formativi su Coassemble — investendo diverse ore di tempo non retribuito — la comunicazione da parte del team è totalmente sparita.

Avevo un test tecnico di 4 ore programmato per lunedì 26 gennaio alle 10:00. Per garantire la mia disponibilità, ho dovuto spostare un importante impegno professionale, subendo un danno reale. Nonostante i numerosi solleciti inviati ai dipartimenti di reclutamento, pianificazione e ai Team Leader, non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta se non un messaggio automatico di "fuori ufficio" da parte del recruiter, che risulta in vacanza fino a febbraio.

È inaccettabile lasciare un candidato senza il link necessario per il test dopo che quest'ultimo ha soddisfatto tutti i requisiti e riorganizzato la propria agenda. Nonostante l'ambiente internazionale potesse sembrare interessante, la mancanza di coordinazione e di rispetto per il tempo altrui è un segnale d'allarme preoccupante. Consiglio vivamente la massima cautela, poiché gli standard professionali mostrati nella gestione dei candidati sono molto scarsi.
