Total rip off

Like so many others we were talked in to having solar panels installed at our house at what we were told would be no cost to ourselves. Just recently found out we have been paying between 25 and 26 pounds a month through our electric bill. Over the amount of years this amounts to about 4600 pounds. I want the green deal removed from my address but I am getting nowhere fast and spending an age on the phone. I asked for a resettlement figure and was told 2464.50 pounds. I am happy to pay maybe half of this to get out of this deal but the woman I spoke to was very unhelpful. She said she would e-mail the figure to me but I am still waiting for it to arrive. This has been a very expensive lesson and I am just about at the end of my tether.

sharks circling victims

this company is preying on the victims of a failed government greendeal scheme, they are taking money from victims of HELMS a previous unscrupulous firm that mis-sold many greendeal plans by simply lying to customers, gdfc are in my opinion taking full advantage of all the victims of this failed government fiasco

Why do I feel like I’ve been scammed

So GDFC Took over the Green Deal, I have a huge concern that I was mis sold solar panels and have a horrible outstanding balance even after being promised I would have them paid off in 7 years, I’ve now got a 22 year repayment plan??? The solar company also transferred hands and I tried contacting them... guess what number doesn’t work... tried contacting GDFC... voice automated service saying; can’t take your call but leave a message... great!!! The only thing is... the line immediately cuts dead so u can’t actually leave a message?? Hmmm..... I’ll try email next but why do I get the feeling there’s going to be more twists in this yet to come...

Green Deal Finance Company shambles

I used the form on the GDFC (Green Deal Finance Company) website to contact them regarding finance. Within a day or two I received two phone calls and an email. I replied to email and when I did not receive a reply after 7 days I emailed again. They have not replied in 14 days. When I contacted them by phone they knew nothing of the calls or emails and said would phone back straight away. They did not. This is shocking for a finance company. If I do not hear from them I will inform the companies like SkyNews and MailOnline that they happily show on their website what a poor company they are.
