False Preorder (Ensure to Read Edit)
Falsely advertising preorders for the Heat Wave Arena and the Black Bolt/ White Flare sets. They accept payment and preorder, but upon calling inform me they are "misprints" and do not do pre-orders. Be careful the preorders are a scam. I call this as such since selling and charging a product on a platform, yet not actually offering the product fits the definition.
Edit: GD Games took down the Black Bolt/ White Flare Preorder, which was available. The site listed that people had bought it, which conflicted with my call as stated. The company has made the effort to remove the ability to book the preorder for the black bolt/ white flare which match their response below, hence the increase in stars. I am aware even Japan distributors are capitalising on the market and of the difficulty to enable preordering for customers.
