Medical experience at my surgery now run by GDoc Ltd…

GDoc Ltd Gloucestershire runs my local surgery, I have 5 formal complaints with the practice manager about non professional treatment and customer service from how the surgery is being run and their processes they operate. I was prescribed the wrong medication based on chat and not examination which made my symptoms worse, I was sent to see nurses when asked to see doctors and cannot get appointments with them to see a GP unless it’s approx 2 months plus away! The ring on the day scenario, I’m in a queue waiting (0800 to 0815) only to be told there’s none available for that day and to ring the next day. I’ve been successful once securing a GP appointment and once thinking I was seeing a GP but was sent to see a nurse instead at a different location.
After several weeks of trying and managing to secure an appointment with a locum GP we agreed a course of action leading to treatment however, the surgery? changed this and I was referred by the referrals secretary to the NHS hospital instead of feeding back to me what treatment was advised. I view this as I’ve now been transferred of the surgery’s budget books to the NHS hospital and therefore someone else’s problem and wasn’t even offered my rights as to choice of referral. I have since had that appointment cancelled by the NHS and am now no further forward from beginning of March through to end of July (no outlook for when I can be seen to be examined and treated).
I hope this is unique to my local surgery and not systemic to the operations of GDoc Ltd running other surgery’s
I have received feedback on my complaints however, they haven’t answered why I was treated in a non professional way by their GP’s and admin staff, only they have made some changes, I’m not able to assess if this is improvement or just some random changes! and further more I don’t consider this to answer my complaint or why I was treated like I was. The ombudsman is now my only independent route.
I have had to result to paying privately to get myself initially assessed and hopefully treated.
I’m hoping the strength of Trustpilot reviews will have an impact and prevent others experiencing what I did. Hopefully this is useful to readers of the review
