Good selection of phones at great prices, easy to order and pay online. Communication about delivery was really good and the phone came very quickly. It was described as ‘good’ condition but looks like brand new to me! It’s all set up and working perfectly - I’m so pleased.

lovely phone, can’t tell it’s refurbished looks brand new!

Wanted a SIM free phone for my son.He of course wanted a Apple product, buying refurbished model made it a affordable option.
Ordered through Backmarket, phone supplied by Gecko.
Easy order process, delivery timely and well packed.
Phone received in excellent condition, appears to be working well.

I sent a barely used S22 ultra. Was initially offered £450, on the proviso that it's in good condition. It WAS in EXCELLENT condition, NOT A SCRATCH in sight, I sent it with the case and a sturdy box, with bubble wrap for extra protection.

They acknowledged receipt of my phone within 2 days, then took a further 6 days to evaluate my phone.
I sent a follow-up email and was on day 6 to query the outcome/payment.

I was then advised that my phone is in 'poor' condition, with many visible scratches and evident wear and tear, so it now worth £315. If I could upload pictures I would, as I took multiple pictures before posting my phone, it looked brand new.

I requested the phone back, then reflected and thought best to accept the offer since they're so deceitful I was concerned I wouldn't receive the phone back, so from £450 to nothing.
I sent along my photo's and asked for a second opinion. They refused and said they had shipped my phone that day. Presumably because they'd already damaged my phone after me initially refusing the offer.

I received my phone 2 days later looking dishevelled, with multiple visible scratches, DEEP EMBEDDED, PURPOSEFUL SCRATCHES!!! They kept the box and the case.

I'm furious and saddened that some people are this vindictive, I sent my phone in good faith and would STRONGLY advise AGAINST sending anything to these MALICIOUS COWBOYS.

Probably the best phone I’ve ever purchased. Battery life, of course, could be a bit increased, but I’m really pleased with my purchase. Also comes with warranty what gives a bit more security.

Avoid! Sent a good condition samsumg S20+ with this company they sent out all the packaging. Took pics to proove condition before it left. Now arrived with them damaged! A wrecked back case! And not interested in seeing pics. Do not use.

Avoid if selling your phone. I had selected this company based on their review score but looking more carefully that seems that is from those buying not selling. My online valuation was £99. However, upon receipt they advised the phone was marked and offered £59.05. It was pristine. Another site has just checked the phone and are paying their offered figure of £90.

I ordered a iPhone XR on back market in “good condition” and it arrived in under 2 days and the condition is flawless ( only a small scratch under the camera that doesn’t affect use ) the screen has not a single scratch. Came with a charger and SIM ejector. Very happy
