I ordered a 3D printer from the Creality Store. The parcel was received by GEL Express Logistik on 06/01/2026.
There was one single tracking update on 07/01/2026, and since then… absolutely nothing. No movement, no updates, no information at all. The package seems to have simply vanished inside their network.
This is an expensive product, yet the tracking is completely abandoned. There is no way to know where the parcel is or when (or if) it will ever be delivered. For a company that claims to specialize in logistics, this is unacceptable.
What makes it even worse is the total lack of communication. No emails, no explanations, no delivery estimate. Once the parcel enters their system, it feels like the customer no longer exists.
It’s extremely disappointing that Creality uses this carrier, because it completely ruins the shopping experience. Right now, GEL Express Logistik is not trustworthy at all, and I strongly advise against using them for important shipments.
If the situation does not improve soon, I will consider this delivery a complete failure.

My parcel has been stuck at the depot for over 2 weeks now, the status has been changed to the same 'processed at delivery center' 5 times now. Tried calling 2 different phone numbers but no response. The store that sold me the item also tried contacting them without any luck. Hoping to still receive my parcel one day.

We ordered a shower screen which according to the tracking was dispatched the following day. On the 5th November it allegedly arrived at the delivery depot - which reading other reviews seems to be where orders go to die. We were then given a couple of dates for delivery, on which of course nothing turned up. GEL Express are virtually impossible to contact. Their contact form online only accepts German addresses and the international query page that I came across needs a depot i.d. number. What depot, where? So, it's now nearly two and a half weeks since it 'arrived' at the depot. The supplier messaged us once with a promise to call back the next day - nothing heard.
As you can see below, GEL Express actually did reply. However, although their reply expresses regret over what has happened it fails to actually answer the salient point, where is our shower screen? Nearly two months on and nothing, still.

I can only confirm the 1 stars I'm afraid. What a bunch of useless people. 'We called you multiple times but we didn't manage to reach you so we returned it to sender'. They called once, I was in a call at the time, I tried calling back the number but you can't call that number, it doesn't work. I had already used their contact form twice before but to ask for a status, but no response of course. They prefer just be ignorant and send a parcel back to sender. I've told sender not to pay for this.

Update 30th of June...I found 2 packages with each 2 chairs, so only received half of my order...wondering where the rest stays as I can see on their track trace website that they had 4 packages...but just delivered 2? Shipment 3139057068

I wish there was an option for negative ratings—I would have given -5. I wasted three full working days sitting at home, waiting for an expensive shipment with no real-time tracking to help manage my schedule.
The first delivery attempt by GEL was scheduled for May 5, between 08:00 and 16:00. At 14:00, I called their helpline and was told the shipment wouldn’t arrive that day. Instead, they rescheduled it for May 6 around 12:00. I specifically asked if the driver would call an hour before arriving, and they confirmed he would.
On May 6, I called them again at 11:15 and was informed the delivery wouldn’t happen due to a vehicle accident. They rescheduled it once more for May 7 around 12:00.
On May 7, I called at 12:00 and was told the shipment was out for delivery and would arrive within 2–3 hours. Again, they promised the driver would call an hour in advance. It is now 18:18—I never received a call, nor the delivery.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the seller chose GEL instead of DHL. GEL has proven to be unreliable and completely lacking in customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The package tracking system is ass, every 15min the arrival timer changes from (7:00 - 18:00 then 11:30 - 16:00 then 14:00 - 17:30 …) but that’s not the worst thing, worst thing is I ordered a 60kg item, the package came badly damaged (paid 800€ btw) and it says they will carry the package to ur doorstep which they didn’t, I had to carry a 60kg item 4 floors up alone, the box was like 56 inches no way to grab it alone. So basically they are getting paid to carry the items up to ur doorstep while not doing it lol. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN!!! I mean just look at the reviews it says it all

On December 19th they accepted my order from the supplier. The package then remained in their accommodation for 9 days. On December 31st it goes back to the delivery depot, where it has been waiting since January 2nd. There is now a notification via SMS, but to date (January 7th) we have not received any SMS or email with the delivery time. It has been almost 21 days and I am still waiting for a delivery from them. This company does not deserve one star and even on Trust Pilot they have been making the same excuses for their failure for years, but they do nothing to solve the problems. Very disappointing and incomprehensible that they are still allowed to do business and that companies still want to work with them.
Update 1: After calling around myself (January 8th) I end up with their Belgian partner VIVA from Zaventem who is somewhat surprised that I am calling about the condition of my shipment that has been in their warehouse since January 2nd. They promise to deliver in the course of January 9th. Of course no one has seen it. Their excuse the courier could not deliver all parcels due to lack of time. A new delivery was planned for January 10th and again no one came by before 18:00 so another lost day. Called their central office again and they could not even contact the driver. On their own they wanted to deliver again on January 13th without any certainty, while this does not suit us because we cannot just take leave. Their other proposal to make the delivery to another address of family. We are talking about a package of 55kg and not about a small box that you just pick up with your car, while we do not have any close family at hand. So after 23 days and 400km still no delivery while orders from China to Belgium are delivered to the door after 7 days. Express delivery has a different meaning for some.

This is a third class delivery service, they dont give a damn about the customer and update false information on the portal, as in your packet will be delivered today between 10-12am and then they dont appear at all and say the customer was not available. i havent seen such unreliable service ever in my life and its unbelievable such type of service exists in Germany

Never seen worse. No delivery, impossible to reach by phone. Arrange a pick-up but the ware is not there and customers have driven 360 km for an unsuccessful pick-up
This happened to several deliveries. They allegedly came by, while I was present at home but did not ring the intercom or call. The phone number to reach them charges 0.80€ by minute, which is convenient for them as they respond to any email you send saying to call this number
