Shocking experience with these!! I ordered with them on the 14/09/24 and still haven’t received my order!
I’ve emailed them numerous times asking where is my order, and get no reply.
If you are thinking of placing an order, DON’T!!!!

Item have not arrived and when I email with in 2min get a email back to say they spoken to Royal Mail and will be delivered in two days This was 4days and not willing to give refund

Absolute waste of money they just pop off with in hrs and iv followed instructions correctly

Absolutely love this! So easy to apply, it only took me a few try’s to get the nack to apply them. The nail are strong and look absolutely beautiful once applied. The UV lamp that come in the set is much better quality than others I’ve had. The customer service is absolutely amazing! I emailed and asked for a natural nail colour for my daughter (she’s a nail biter and her school doesn’t allow painted nails) which has run out on their website and Kirsty has offered to search through their stock to see if she has one for me! Would 100% recommend.

Love this brand and love the the fact you can do it yourself. Not only this no hassle if a nail breaks, you can fix it yourself.
Comes with good. Instructions also. Mine lasted for 2 weeks before I had to. Re. Do. Them.

This is my very first attempt using the gelor starter kit. I can’t believe how easy this is and what good quality the products are! I’m always so sceptical of marketing but this is an absolute game changer! Bye bye salon waits and prices - hello Gelor!

I am a repeat customer and love all of the colours. The mood and glow polygel really work and they are long lasting. I would highly recommend using their products

Bought my nail kit and came real fast was very happy I then orderd a few more items and received them today very happy very good quality so will be going to order new gell nail colour loving the colour I got in my starter pack the glow in the dark is amazing totally glow when am in my bed lol

Great brand and good quality product, I wouldn’t use any other now I’ve found this as other cheaper versions are of noticeable difference in quality so spending a little more money makes a lot of difference.

Unless you are a nail tech, do not be fooled. I spent £90 and no matter what I do it turns out awful looking, plus snaps easily. They make out anyone can do it…save your money!

Not good so far, ordered Sunday, dispatched Monday, this is Friday and items still aren't here!! Emailed customer service X3, looking for tracking number. Raised issue with PayPal to try to get a resolution, a response would be gratefully received. Please don't ask me to email customer service again, please just respond to the emails I've already sent to customer service.

Great product easy to use and hard wearing and great vibrant colours highly recommended 😊.

I'm so happy with the product but especially the amazing customer service I received from Kirsty. I live in Portugal and since brexit it has made receiving parcels very hard and mine got stopped by customs and returned to the uk but Kirsty saved my order on return of a sold out limited order of confetti gel and redirected it to a friend in the uk that's flying out so I will still receive it. So happy and cant recommend them more, fabulous product as I already have many colours and outstanding customer service. 5 star company

I had a severe reaction to their product
Sent 2 emails to their customer services who promised to update me within 48 hrs that was 3 weeks ago
They hsve now removed the facility to comment on most social media sites which tells you everything about this business

You state you haven't recieved any emails i can send you screen shots if you wish i suggest you check again but you responded stating you would be in contact within 48 hrs all 3 times .... that was 3 weeks ago

First time using and Oh Wow this product is great. I was sceptical after watching some product tester videos but was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to use. I've never done my own nails before so this was a first for me but won't be the last. Definitely don't need to book a nail technician again!

I am always sceptical about products I see on Facebook but I checked trustpilot first and reviews seemed decent so bought the starter kit. Does exactly what it says on the tin. I am qualified in gel and acrylic nails but haven't done them in years and this is by far the easiest method I have tried yet. Bit fiddly at first until you get the hang of it but there are plenty of videos on Facebook and YouTube to help. All in all I am delighted with this product.

I always read the bad reviews first, took them with a pinch of salt and I'm glad I did!

I bought the kit to test drive as I didn't want to invest money in it, followed the instructions, ensured the apex (nail bed) wasn't applied too thin and only 1 snapped off and the rest lasted just over 2 weeks....I actually struggled to get them off when I was ready for my new set!

The website is easy to use love flexigel it is my best I have used I have tried lots love the colours please do more colours and more glitter ones love it

Been using gelor for over a year now and it's great. The website is so easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. The product itself is so easy to use and to be able to get the hang of. I do not have any qualifications in doing nails but I am able to make my own set and they last for 2+ weeks each time and infilling is easy.
