They are bogus

They are bogus. Will state you are insured and then later, after they collected money, say no. Then make you jump through hoops. It’s a scam!

I wanted to add an update to my first…

I wanted to add an update to my first review but it appears I have to create a new review. So, I called Gemshield on my afternoon break on 9/13 and after going through the menu, I was asked to leave a voicemail and someone would call me back. No one has called me back. I will call my bank to issue them a chargeback since they easily accepted my payment the day I signed up.

This review is so unfortunate for them because everywhere else is a positive review. Actually, everywhere else is just a web article listing the top jewelry insurers; but it was enough to convince me they were legit. There's no way they could change my mind at this point but I have a feeling I won't be hearing from them.
