my fav company

the products from this company are always amazing. I have purchased from here more than five times!!! I love all their products and can’t wait to see what else they release. their jewellery are good quality and have yet to rust, which is great !

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review.
I have looked into this and can see we have responded to every email we’ve received from yourself.
As explained in the emails, you was not overcharged, the promotion that was running when you purchased needed the customer to add the ‘Dainty Cross necklace’ to their order to redeem for free when they’d spent a certain amount.
You added the necklace to your order, but did not spend the threshold in order to receive the necklace for free, this was explained on emails several times, we offered several solutions; to include a free necklace, refund the difference and remove the necklace from your order.
Apologies for any delays you may of experienced due to the Royal Mail strikes.

BEST JEWELLERY EVER! The Quality is amazing and the jewels don’t rust even if you take a shower with them or exercise (and get a little sweaty), they’re really kept in a perfect condition! Really recommend! <33

Recommend 😍 beautiful jewellery!

In love with my necklace I ordered 😍 Such a bonus to have such versatile, pretty and modern high quality jewellery for a reasonable price. The necklace was not too heavy either, and even looks better in real life than the pictures! Fast delivery and reliable, was kept updated all the way through the tracking progress!

Best Jewelry I Own!

I love all of my jewelry from Gemzis! I've built up a little collection of their products now, and wear my necklaces every day- They don't tarnish, and are a fantastic quality. I get a lot of compliments on my dragon necklace, which is my favorite one by far, along with my butterfly. Would 100% recommend!

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from Gemzis & both times the service has been excellent. Amazing products & such high quality. I find them a lot more reasonable priced than other online jewellery websites selling very similar items. Love my jewellery, thanks so much
