I was robbed by this company

I was robbed by this company. The had sent me an item completely different from what I had ordered and they refuse to refund me. After many emails they demand me to send them the item back and MYSELF pay for the international shipping.... I told them I will send the item back at them as long as they pay for the shipping back, as it was NOT MY FAULT THAT THE HAVE SENT ME A DIFFERENT ITEM. THEY REFUSED!
APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE
i HAVE BEEN ROBBED BY THIS COMPANY, AVOID! THEY ARE SIMPLY A SCAM
