Excellent service

Item never arrived. Emailed for refund and didn’t get a response.
Only samples but where about a tenner and never arrived.

Really quick to respond & send out the samples I needed to look at

We ordered a glass splashback for our new kitchen. Firstly we wanted a few samples which arrived very quickly and were only £1.00 each.
Easy to measure up following the online instructions.
Delivery took about 4 weeks due to it being bespoke.
Arrived very, very well packaged.
We also ordered a fixing kit and it was very straight forward to install.
Looks amazing!

Very good product but poor customer service. I submitted drawings with the original order but after 3 weeks I had to contact the company to ask about delivery. They then asked me to submit drawings and lied about having emailed me to request these.

Genie Splashbacks have produced a fantastic acrylic hob splashback for us. It looks great and the Company actually responds to your email and any enquiries. The production of our bespoke request is brilliant and would certainly use the Company again.

The product is excellent but it took 6 weeks to come.

I was sent the wrong sample by mistake but the man on the phone couldn't have been more helpful when I called about it. I was told a replacement was on its way which I got the next again day.

Great service. We took our own template & design we wanted for our splashback. Genie sent us 3 possible designs to choose from & we got exactly what we asked for. The fit was perfect & it looks amazing now it’s installed

Delivery as planned, quality excellent and edge's finished perfectly.

Ordered samples and they took over 2 weeks to deliver. Emailed them to chase when delivery would be and it took them 10 days to reply to me.
Unfortunately won’t be making a large order with them.
