Very disappointing experience. Communication has been poor throughout, with messages and emails often ignored and no clear management contact provided despite being told to “contact management.” Concerns were not properly addressed and feedback appears to be removed rather than resolved. Would not recommend based on our experience.

I strongly advise against using Genova IVF. My experience as a UK patient in April 2026 involved serious ethical violations, predatory financial practices, and a total lack of transparency.
Clinical Malpractice: I have serious concerns regarding who actually performed my egg retrieval. No doctor was present when I was anesthetized, and my consultant later appeared unaware of the details of my procedure. Upon waking, staff were unable to confirm how many eggs had been retrieved.
Financial Red Flags: We paid over Rs. 750,000 just for the cycle up to egg retrieval, with medications charged as an extra cost on top. Despite this, the clinic pressured us to pay for a transfer of an embryo their own records confirmed was not viable.
Consent & Privacy: They ignored our "freeze only" request and proceeded with fertilization without consent.
Furthermore, there is undisclosed CCTV in patient areas where we were never informed of surveillance.
Withheld Records: They repeatedly withheld medical records. After formal requests, we received only a "sanitized" one page summary; primary documentation remains outstanding.
Toxic Culture: Management was overheard using the offensive Urdu slur ‘namard’ to describe a male patient. This reveals the true, derogatory attitude they hold toward those seeking fertility help.
Our experience was echoed by other patients on site. This clinic lacks the basic ethics and transparency required for such sensitive medical care. International patients, please stay away.
