I had reached overwhelm in clearing my Mum's well-loved senior home. Time was running out. I needed 'space' and a break from the overwhelm. I took a unit for 3 months. From the get go, Amy, my main contact, was amazing. Kind. Responsive and Prompt. Professional. And above all Patient. When I needed help
with an access issue, or with adding a person for access, she was always pro-active. And yesterday, when my phone battery was at 1%, she patiently gave me alternate instructions. I have been very appreciative and grateful. Often a person
