Outstanding service.
I can only but praise Michel Kieselstein and his team for the quality of their customers' service. I bought an Hitachi GP10DL a year ago went recently through a couple of troubles (batteries and electric engine down).
They put both of them to exam and decided to replace the problematic parts, because it was the best solution. That's very appreciable. Now I can go back to my hobby work thanks to their reactivity and real professionalism. Thanks for you support.
