Es werden ungefragt Daten genutzt und veröffentlicht - In meinem Fall frühere Firmendaten einschließlich meiner Handynummer. Ein Impressum gibt es genauso wenig wie eine Adresse oder Telefonnummer. Normalerweise sollte man das Unternehmen wegen Veröffentlichung privater Daten anzeigen.
