The new one piece filter is great. Simple easy installation. The guy from the company was pleasant & helpful when I placed my order. Well constructed filter.

Easy to use website. Great price for the dehumidifier. It arrived earlier than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Once I had it professionally installed, I noticed a drastic difference in my crawl space. Highly recommend

It is so easy to order supplies online. When I have had an issue I have emailed and received immediate response with a solution to the problem. It was resolved in a timely manner. They have great customer service.

Terrible horrible customer service. Very shady company overall.

I never received an order confirmation & spent over $500 on 4 products.

1 product arrived a week after I purchased. I called to find out why only 1 product arrived. Then they tell me that 1 product was canceled. And the other 2 should arrive.

So I wait & wait. Finally 3 weeks later 1 more product arrives. I call them again. They give me the run around and then tell me 2 products have been discontinued and they won’t be sent.

Then I find out that I was charged over $65 for shipping. For 2 products!?!? Are you kidding me.

At this point I’m so annoyed and irritated and ask to send back the 2 unopened products and that I want a refund.

They said nope. Too bad.

So if you want to spend a ridiculous amount of money and only get half your products and pay an insane amount for shipping with no option to return, buy from this shady company.

The customer service is horrible. Long story short. We ordered some stuff through Klarna and it went through so we thought. We received half the order and never the other part so we reached out. Then the threats started. They started emailing us threats that they were going to call local law enforcement on us if they didn’t receive the payment by 3 o’clock that day. Our Klarna plan was for six months. And because they never processed the order thoroughly through Klarna on their end, they never received the first payment, which we didn’t know. They were threatening every email that they were going to call the law and this was coming from the owner. We told them that we had gotten with Klarna and finally they stopped with the threatening emails. Still haven’t received the rest of our order.

I have purchased 3 Air Safti Air Scrubbers. All 3 came promptly after my purchase. One stopped working and I emailed the company. They responded immediately and wanted to see a video of the problem. It clearly doesn’t work. They are replacing it and have been prompt, kind and very fair throughout this process. I definitely like to support businesses like Germaphobix.
