The Customer Service

Delivery is not coordinated with the costumer in advance.
Costumer service does not take into account the availability of the costumer and is extremely disrespectful.

Het spijt ons oprecht dat de levering niet is verlopen zoals u had gehoopt en dat u zich niet goed geholpen voelde. We begrijpen dat een vroege levering niet voor iedereen praktisch is, zeker met jonge kinderen in huis, en dat dit voor stress heeft gezorgd.

We willen graag wat meer toelichting geven. Voor uw levering hebben wij gebruikgemaakt van een externe transportfirma die in Brussel vroeg moet opstarten om hun volledige route tijdig af te ronden. Daarom werd de voorziene aankomsttijd rond 7u door hen vóór de leverdatum telefonisch bevestigd. We begrijpen dat dit uur niet ideaal was, en we hebben daarom samen met de transporteur naar een oplossing gezocht. Uiteindelijk is er een aangepast tijdstip van 7u30 afgesproken, waar beide partijen zich in konden vinden.

Daarnaast willen we benadrukken dat uw matras werd vervangen onder volledige garantie ipv de normale degressieve garantie, waardoor u geen kosten heeft gehad voor het nieuwe exemplaar.

We vinden het jammer dat uw ervaring met onze klantendienst als onrespectvol werd ervaren. Dat is uiteraard niet de bedoeling. Onze medewerkers streven er altijd naar om correct en behulpzaam te communiceren, zelfs wanneer planningstechnisch niet alles mogelijk is.

Mocht u hierover nog willen napraten of verdere vragen hebben, dan staan wij uiteraard klaar om u persoonlijk te woord te staan.

Terrible Experience, dont waste your money

I had my worst customer experience in Belgium with this company. The sofa I received at home was nothing like the one I saw in the store. I strongly advise against wasting your money here.

From the beginning, customer service was rude and unhelpful. After raising my concerns about the poor quality, they initially offered me a small discount, but I preferred a solution and asked for the sofa to be fixed. They dragged things out for months with endless excuses, and finally sent an "expert" who appeared biased. This so-called expert merely checked the sofa and dismissed the issues, claiming the uneven firmness was due to usage—even though we’d only had it for 3 months!

Ultimately, they informed me they couldn’t do anything and closed my case, leaving me with a product far below the quality I expected.

This company does not deserve even a single star. Please, save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere.
