kriminelle Erpressung

Die Immobilienagentur Gestion Internacional an der costa del sol versucht betrügerisch Kunden zu übervorteilen. Sie haben mir eine Liegenschaft zum Kauf angeboten und auf der Strasse von mir verlangt, dass ich einen Vertrag unterschreibe, der mich verpflichtet hätte 2% des Kaufpreisen an Sie zu bezahlen, obwohl ihr Kunde, der Verkäufer bereits einen Vertrag mit der Agentur hat. Als ich mich geweigert habe, konnte ich die Liegenschaft nicht besichtigen. Diese Agentur sollte unbedingt gemieden werden, sie ist kriminell.
