Great customer service for a great product. I had a slight issue with my Airmoto product. Called customer service and she kindly took immediate action. Incredibly helpful. Took a short video and sent it in and within an hour a new one was being processed to replace it and being sent free of charge. Great company to deal with. Great warranty and quick resolution.

A year out of warranty, my pump stopped charging. Airmoto generously sent a replacement—and then another when the issue repeated.
This morning, Lyn from customer service kindly helped me troubleshoot and realized I was using the wrong charging block (a 5V/3A instead of the required 5V/2A). I had no idea there was a difference. Now every single unit works perfectly!
Airmoto went way above and beyond for me. I just wish the real problem was identified the first time around. I highly recommend Airmoto.
