I might be losing £30 weekly
UPDATE: they refunded me, so im more inclined to use their products. The only thing that made me nervous was adding an add on and it being paid without giving me a chance to change my mind at checkout. Anyone could so easily click yes accidentally.
Whilst the resources they give seem real the company is cheeky and i’d consider fraud! I signed up for one subscription and after i paid they asked if i wanted extra features, no mention of cost. So i clicked yes and what was once a week subscription of 6ish pound to try it out, they immediately took two more payments out of my bank and now its rounded up to £50. And its still blooking pending so i cant make a claim until they take my money. I havent even used the resources because im so put off. Not to mention its a subscription so they can keep charging me weekly even though ive contacted them to cancel it and no response! Its one of those ‘it doesnt work in app to cancel so contact by email’, utterly deceitful. There is no way for me to stop them taking payments out of my bank except freeze my card which i cant exactly do with bills this month.
