Fraudsters

They have not given any referrals. They conjured phoney referrals from a phone book, which had out of state area codes. They then threatened to sue me when I wanted to end the relationship, claiming that I signed a 24 month contract and that the 'test' email and bogus email counted at referrals

The representative will make the difference

Noah W is our representative, and he is very responsive and resolves our issues quickly when we present them. We weren't seeing results initially with other representative and had a completely different experience. When we got Noah things were completely different and we are happy with the results we are now seeing.

Reviewer understood the working of our practice and the modifications that we are interested in. I found him very patient and not at all pushy.
Explained a new product so it would help our practice and gave me several options. No pressure.

Cristina Tapia

Cristina Tapia, who is in charge of my onboarding is wonderful. She is a very pleasant person to work with and incredibly skilled at customizing the DearDoc features to suit my needs. Requests that I made were taken care of totally. I could not have had a better onboarding experience. Cristina is a gem. To me, she is the face of your company. She represents DearDoc extremely well.

Dear Doc has awesome customer service!

Dear Doc has been very helpful in making my website and web presence more effective. Their dashboard is very easy to work with. I needed to make a modification so I contacted them. Luis took my request and got on it quickly and had things figured out for me in less than a day. I am impressed with their customer service and look forward to our continued working relationship. I am endorsing and recommending them to my friends.
