TOTAL SCAM!!!! all the papers they charge for ARE 100% free at the courthouse.They scammed me out of $300 and would not refund..DONT DO IT STAY AWAY,GO TO YOUR LOCAL COURTHOUSE!!

It’s a scam . Hidden fees + very unprofessional.
Answered at all questions, was told to wait 10 buses days or pay extra $125.00 after I already paid ~ $180. Also they want me to pay extra $ for printing. Still waiting my paperwork.

Very horrible customer service. Very horrible company. Fake advertising. Whoever creates these fake reviews for them needs to be arrested.
They never pick up their calls, you pay for services and it takes days to get a response.

I spent so long trying to figure out the whole divorce process and it took me 20 years before I found getdivorcepapers. They are worth every penny. Just fill out the information and follow there guide and got my divorce handled on the first try.

If I could give 0 stars to this company I would, please everyone make sure if you actually need this service wait to complete the interview and dont pay for it yet I no longer needed this websites service and I requested a refund which was denied because I wrote in my information? This website is just a scam I would not use this service nor recommend it to anyone. You are better off looking up physical papers and submitting them yourself. $198 for nothing is ridiculous worst company policy I’ve seen yet.

I would rate lower if I could. Complete scam. Unresponsive. Product purchased is not given. Forget about a refund.

This service was amazing! It made getting my divorce as quick and painless as possible. Would definitely use again! ( I severely hope I didn't have to!)

Absolutely wish I could give a million negative stars!!! COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM!!! They do not stay within the limits they say they are charging you, or the timelines. At all! Then they finallllllly send you some complete BS papers that come in a crinkled up and very dirty envelope. Then they are nothing even remotely resembling something the court accepts. Then they need a rejection letter so take more time off work to go back to the courthouse and get this. Then they don’t reply to your rejection letter for so far several weeks. They do not answer any of their phone call options or return any calls. They will take hundreds from you and then completely ignore you. Not even the chat option is available to you at this point. Despite their 100% guaranteed court approval or your money back guarantee!!!! CROOKS!!!

These prople are liars. They will take your $200 and will literally hang the phone on you when you have questiona. They're so rude and unprofessional. Don't waste your time and money.
