The want you to download the app (of course they do)... site used to be GREAT but now heard to reach, navigate...not helpful *SIGH*... what happened... ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR INFO ....SCAM

The name of the website is click bait for you to share your problem with the suggestion that they are able to help you solve a problem or get in touch with a human in the company to solve your problem. My experience is that when you write your complaint, they then email you to ask you if youve solved your own problem. Er, no, this is why I logged my problem with their company, for them to help me. They offer no numbers or email addresses for contacts within companies for you to get in touch with a human.
Do not waste your time or energy providing any information to this website, as they do not help you in any way but instead email you asking if you have a update to provide them, absolutely absurd!

Scam company, They want your data. I tried loalcating number of Burger king, I found a number 7005937327, called them, they immediately said a senior will call me without even listening to my call and the other call was already in waiting with 1-2 seconds from 9735544217. I asked them to share name of their company, he did not and said he is calling me back from same customer service I called. I insiated him to introduce his company name, he started abusing me. I disconnected and called on the first number again, that number and asked for their company name, he started abusing me again.. This gethuman company is a scam or being used by scammers

Well they are doing a very great job at this company and is amazing how they do people respect to each other.

Used to be great. If there was a way to get through the deliberately obstructive robot menus and actually speak with a human being they would tell you what it is.

Now there's rarely instructions, the instructions they do have are buried under a lot of useless information (could care less why other users are calling just tell me how to get through), and the whole site is just an ad for their service which is basically calling customer service on your behalf and then charging you to play a game of telephone with whoever you're trying to get in touch with. No thanks.

I'll still check them to see if I can get usable information but it's rare I do these days. What a shame.

Spent a couple of days trying to cancel a reservation on a travel site, I used GetHuman to get a number, called immediately, and my reservation was cancelled in 5 minutes.

GetHuman is excellent— it waited on a 7 1/2 hour wait and got me through to New Jersey EZPass customer service. I had to try about 5-6 times but on the last try, it worked and I was able to save money and get my issue resolved. Highly recommend!

I was supposed to get an agent from Air France with the assistance of ‎gethuman support. I was advised in online that some will call my phone number in about 6 minutes that I provided to get in touch with Air France customer service. I didn't get a call but I got a text message saying that I was called and I didn't answer. I rechecked the call history and there was no call received.

At first I thought Canon wasn't going to give me any customer service (and I almost formed a poor opinion of your company) because I didn't know I was supposed to use GetHuman. It is not apparent on your site that you are supposed to do that. Once I knew this, a nice man with your company told me which drivers to install and I am completely satisfied with your customer service.
