GetHuman is worthless!!

This is the first time we use GetHuman. We used it to resolve an issue with Orbitz. We waited for a call-back for TWO HOURS!! Which means that we had to sit around to wait for the call-back because we needed access to our computer. We never got the call-back. We ended up resolving the issue using a live chat with Orbitz. GetHuman is worthless!!

Horrible

Horrible. “6 minute” wait was a hour. When it called back, it just connected with the company voice mail maze and never connected with a person.

Utterly useless waste of time. Good reviews are likely fake.

Please give other customers an idea of what it was like to have an issue with Facebook by rating them. Your opinion matters to us all!
I think this is a scam address when I clicked it went to Elizabeth mary government official and these are the ones who are scamming people to buy Amazon cards these people are stealing Ids and stealing peoples facebook hacking them I have tried to contact Facebook gave them my id they said not good enough dam it is my picture is all over it what else do they want I am angry 😡

New GetHuman business is Deceitful

Though they didn’t start off this way, GetHuman is now a different business and their site is very misleading. For example, for American Airlines, they list the real number first but list their own phone number as the next best number. It is not made clear that this is NOT American Airlines, though I’m sure they will deny it is misleading. They are making money and taking advantage of COVID by picking up the phone themselves and charging a fee to make alterations, when American does not charge fees. We almost got tricked into paying $225 fee, realized something was fishy, and then completed the reservation modification WITHOUT ANY FEES via American. It’s shameful to see this, I couldn’t believe it. Dishonest

Very helpful

I rang as I was shocked that my order was a basket short, the Lady who I spoke to was very patient and listened to what I had to say. She assured me that she would make it known to the relevant people and gave me a £5.00 E voucher.

I found GetHuman really interested in my problem and concerned to help. I was impressed by their desire to pass on any tips I could give to other people with the same problem. They are a useful service.

Bottom line, single experience

Based on my one try, it doesn't work. I got a call, but no one was on the other end. Whether this is because the human reps don't want to be put on hold or it's something else, unfortunately it's the most important function.

Bait and switch

This is an obvious bait and switch. The timer kept going down to 6 minutes and then stopped. IO am pretty sure it is all a pl;oy to get you to hire one of their associates.

Gethuman is positively useless

Gethuman is positively useless - anytime I have used them to call a company it has always been way longer than when they state they will get back to me.

Last time it was 2 hours and they still did not connect me to anyone at all they just texted to ask if I had got through myself.

Then they bug you with texts because they have got and keep your phone nmbr. Best course of action? If you already gave them your number block them - as I did - and NEVER expect successful connections, or that it's easier to contact a company through them.

They are scamming to add more of them to their database of phone numbers.

I do not believe it - gethuman

I do not believe it! Yet again I tried to use a website without first checking it on Trustpilot!
I just wasted 30 minutes of my life going round and round at Gethuman! It seems to be another "company" that thinks they can avoid paying staff costs by putting in a broken robot! It was a great idea, but they seem to have abandoned it and now just collect the ad revenue?
At least I did not enter a phone number for them to abuse!
I tried using gethuman to contact gethuman and it did not work. Kinda sad isn't it!
