Samantha was friendly and by the book. Lots of tricks “up her sleeve” to make the blood draw as easy and quick as possible.

I work from home 6 days a week so I didn't have to take any time off to have blood drawn. I have mobility issues so there was no struggle on my part. I absolutely HATE needles and struggle with the anxiety that comes with that and at times feel like I might pass out! With Get labs the techs are patient and compassionate and make me feel very comfortable. Plus, I'm home and can lay down if need be. One time I started shaking and crying but being home I wasn't remotely embarrassed. This is the third time I had Get labs and I'm more than satisfied!!! Just wish insurance paid for it or at least some of it. Lol.

Sandra is amazing, she is personable, organized, efficient, and has excellent skills. I'm very difficult to get blood from. She got it the first time and that is really almost unheard of. This was an experience I will highly recommend. Well worth the money to have peace of mind and decreased anxiety. Thank you, Getlabs and Sandra for making sure I got these important tests done in a timely and anxiety free way!

The Phlebotomist was very professional and gentle with my 93-year-old dad. He has very weak veins. She was able to collect the tubes for TESTING and had a lovely personality. Thank you.

Appointment was cancelled within the time slot, I paid $79 since it was not a fasting test and wrote on comments “Preferably at 10:00 am” since it was the only time slot available which read 5-9 , the nurse arrived at 5:00 am and we were not available so they canceled our appointment. We we up at 7:20 am and no call or Fup to allocate the appointment during the rest of the day.

I am disabled; can no longer even stand up. GetLabs notifies you well in advance that the tech is en route and sends updates. The techs are professional, caring and skilled.

Recently had a blood draw today. The representative that showed up on site was on time, professional, and extremely experienced in drawing blood. The whole process took less than 10 minutes and felt extremely comfortable.

I've used Get Labs numerous times, and I love it!" Wanda, my phlebomotist arrives at the beginning of my appt window. She is extremely organized, professional, polite, friendly and super nice! She's the total package!! Whatever you're paying her isn't enough! She's priceless!

Experienced, friendly phlebotomist. Quick and efficient, yet very gentle. Consistent and accurate text updates about arrival. Easy to schedule. Reminders days before and morning of appointment.

She (i forgot her name) is very professional and we shared and talked about a common interest. She entertained my wanna be doctor grandchild her appearance was spot on and her work was impeccable. If possible the next time I use get labs id like her to be the one for the visit she is 10 out of 10 and she deserves a raise! No improvement needed! You can't improve on perfect!

I have used them many times, and they are fantastic. However I must post now that they lost my blood - it has been 15 days now, and I asked for a refund yesterday, and they said no. I am disabled, and they are normally *amazing*, so i will keep trying. It seems unfortunate that their customer service department is not as amazing as the wonderful people they send to take blood. Sandra is my favorite but they are all A+ phlebotomists. but yeah i am out $99 and cant get badly needed meds because my doc has no TSH free T4 baseline

I really like the fact that they can come out and do your blood work at your house but a few days ago when they came to take blood from my mother, it just wasn’t a good experience. The lady that did her blood work was kind of a mess. She was having hot flashes and sweating and she stuck my mom several times and to be honest I’m not sure if she actually knew what she was doing even though she said she had been doing this for 30 years. You shouldn’t have to stick somebody that many times to get simple blood work done. And then the way she ended up doing it was weird. I had never seen it before, but she attached some kind of syringe and that’s how she pulled her blood out and then she put the blood in the tubes afterwards. I just hope we don’t get her again because the first time we had blood work done with this company. The lady that came was great. I did request her, but we didn’t get her and unfortunately we got somebody that we just had a really bad experience with for two hours.
