One of the more shiesty & caniving app entities out there
I've been working for this app company consistently for over 2 years completing several hundred jobs or assignments called missions l.
They have been a major source of stress for me and have done all kinds of cruel , questionable, sketchy, and unfair things to me through their app.
I've filed numerous complaints against them with agencies like the BBB and FTC and they simply ignore and dismiss the agencies inquiries as if they are above any and everybody else!
They will make up clearly wrongful, false, arbitrary, or outright untrue excuses to reject a mission so they don't have to pay out.
They have apparently had someone monitoring the GPS activity then will remove or delete an assignment after traveling across town as soon as you reach the location. This has happened many times.
They will use English usage gaming tricks to word instructions in missions to increase the likelihood of misunderstanding, confusion, or mistake then go in and reject, clearly premeditated, en massé all of a certain series of assignments that used that trick or setup summarily wasting and disregarding all that time, effort, energy, and expense that went toward you executing and completing those missions.
You can't schedule or route anything because they will arbitrarily change the batch listing almost daily. Often the map or layout listing will sit empty for weeks on end!
When you appeal a rejection they will take their time and either never respond thinking that you will forgive or forget the cheated pay and wrongful rejection or they'll take weeks and respond , sometimes, that they've reversed the rejection only to make sure that the points for cash out never make it to or are not credited to your account then adamantly lie and say that they have when your account points balance clearly shows that they haven't!
They are one of the sneakiest and shiestest companies that I've dealt with like this and I am BEYOND DISGUSTED! 🤬
They only pay in gift cards and I always use the Visa gift cards that I used to be able to convert to cash via Ca$happ until they changed the source company of the cards. I used to be able to pay my phone bill until that was blocked. There are numerous other ways that you can't use the cards like you can all other prepaid Visa cards. Something has recently been changed where the cards are arbitrarily rejected and unusable almost everywhere you try to use them even if you've had successful charges with that merchant, such as Raise, before. I've tried to buy food and their cards wouldn't work causing me great inconvenience and stress.
