Throttling speed to low performance
I bought a limited cap package which worked well in China but started syncing dropbox which used the data quickly. I then got an unlimited package which initially worked well but then seemed to get throttled (dropbox still syncing a lot of data). This has degraded my browsing capability substantially.

Excellent and affordable phone plans
