very terrible experience. I ordered 3 slips and paid extra to get it done on the same day. Didn't get anything and no one responded on email or answer when I called. Basically I got scammed AVOID !!
Complete waste of time, placed on order on Friday 18/07/2025 for 2 payslips before 3 pm for same day delivery. Called number and asked the person and he said that before 7 pm it will be delivered, however he sent me email and I already responded at 5:27 pm; but after that number wasn’t on and it wasn’t getting answered, their website says Saturday they are open from 9 am to 12 pm but Saturday they didn’t answer my calls. Today on Monday till 12-1 pm their number keeps saying they are talking to other customers and at last around 2 pm the guy answered and said it will be delivered today however it’s 7:46 pm and no reply from them and no delivery. So I am tired and have asked for refund and reported to credit card company as well.
