Shockingly bad customer support. Sent 2 emails- one requesting to cancel my order within the 24 hour cancellation period. No response- they just went ahead and shipped the order. Tried phoning during stated service hours 9-5 (called twice well after 9am) no response, just some generic voicemail saying they are unavailable. How is it possible to operate a business this way and expect to be successful.
I purchased once from Get Plenty before and they took 9 days to ship. I thought it was a one off, so I stupidly purchased something else from them and now we’re on 7 days and they still haven’t shipped my jeans. If you’re in a hurry, don’t shop at Plenty.. go elsewhere to a larger chain! Their customer service stinks too. Unfortunately this will be my last purchase and I’ll promote other websites to my 140,000 followers.

Avoid all stores at all cost. Employees are extremely rude and the main customer service line SUCKS. I used to shop here regularly, but have recently had several bad experiences in store and no one at their customer service center will return my emails. They've lost me as a customer and I'll be sure to tell everyone to avoid this place.
