The device is easy to use and works to deliver a deep sense of relaxation

This was a Christmas present for my girlfriend and she loves it. She often has a hard time falling asleep and told me she is asleep within a few minutes with the Sensate. It relaxes her even when she feels some anxiety during the day.

I was told about the Sensate from a friend and at her recommendation I ordered one. I have been using it for over three years now and absolutely love it. I use it daily for help with sleep or meditation and breathing. It's the best product I've tried.

I paid for the 1 year subscription and its been like 2 weeks and I still can't get the code from them. You also get like only a couple sounds without the subscription. So it feels pretty useless right now.

Vagal toning is so beneficial for “autonomic self care” to bring health & wellness. The Sensate is a very good tool to take a quick break in your day for this self care. I love many of the music options and there is such a variety of choices.

After a few sessions since mid-December, I have noticed improvement in my intermittent arrhythmia, meaning... they occur MUCH less. I am hopeful this is the vagus reset solution I need. Thank you, this is a life saver!

It really works reducing. It got rid of tension and my headache.

I’m still waiting to see how I get access to the “plus” sounds and have gone back and forth with emails but nothing has been done. I do like the Sensate but just getting access has been difficult and not completed.

I’ve been suffering from autonomic insomnia where my heart thumps at night and I feel wide awake. I’d forgotten I owned a Sensate and so last night used it, and I actually slept. So grateful this product exists right now

The product has worked well so far. There have been a few technical problems. For example, some of the programs will not load properly. Quiescent and Flight of the Cupabara, for example.

Used senate for the first time today. First that was a really fast ten minutes! And now I am feeling a bit more relaxed. Hope they ask for another review after a couple of weeks!

I have still not received my order even through I have been told multiple times it had shipped and I would have it by now.

Shipping not delivered as promised. Missed Christmas.

I read about this item in the AARP magazine and ordered it. I’ve waited over two weeks for it to be delivered for Christmas. And UPS says that a label was produced on 17 December and no item was received to send to me. I’m definitely not happy.

I ordered Sensate on December 1st and it still hasn't arrived. Disappointed it won't be here until after Christmas.

I still don’t have my order.

Sensate brought me from anxiety to grounded and calm within 30 seconds. Sensate changed my life.
