From questions we had prior to ordering to setting up our equipment everything has been fantastic. We have had solid speeds for months and finally was able to ditch over priced Hughes. We can surf, stream, and best part is take it with us when we travel. A++

If I could give no stars I would. The customer service is non existent. I live in a rural area so finding Internet was extremely hard. I found this company and their product was great. No problems worked like a charm. The. One day woke up and it was off. Tried calling the number on the website and you can't talk to anyone, you have to text them (sketchy). I told them it must be my billing because it's been over a month and they haven't sent me a bill. They guy said he would have billing contact me. After 24 hours nothing. I messaged him again and he said it wasn't my billing it was something else and he would get back to me. After another 24 hours I messaged him and he said he would contact me when they were ready. I had enough and told him I want to cancel my service and that I would need the address to send the modem back to them (not doing this would give you a $500+ price tag for a little piece of plastic that you could probably make for $30). The guy didn't even fight for my business, just said "Thanks!" And sent me the address. Horrible company that makes me think they are a scam. They hope that you don't return that junk they give you so they can charge an outrageous amount
