I've ordered twice from getvape or getchubbies as they're now known but the website seems to be no longer available they're scone, cream and red jam flavor was delicious 🤤 miss it

Best juice company I have had the pleasure of dealing with bar none ( four year vaper, I have dealt with a few !! ) . . The quality and taste is outstanding at an unbelievable price as well. The Guys in charge are always available to chat and advise you. If any one is thinking of creating a juice range and putting it out there, here is your perfect business model to do it. . . . waiting with much excitement for the re launch range to come out. Top job indeed.

Great tasting liquid with a perfect vg/pm ratio creating lovely clouds. Price is unbeatable, delivery is free and customer service is top notch. 10/10

Website - actually works perfectly on an iPad with means you get 10/10.
Shipping - Free & Next Day .... unless they start offering to transport by drone they can't get any better - 10/10!
Products - limited selection but this is a good thing as they have focused on getting what they do sell right.... never trust a restaurant with too many items on the menu .. same goes for e-liquid. The ones I've tried so far have been amazing 10/10
Value for money - cheaper than premium, but not a lot cheaper however buying in bulk gets you discount and they look after customers with promotions too! Happy to pay the price for a good quality product- 10/10

Customer service - wow they are on the ball. Starting with you delivery .... they send you a sweet with your order (nice touch). They are available to help online via email & chat. Had a super conversation on chat late at night and was blow away by their help and genuine passion for making their customer happy! Not had any issues which required help but I have no doubt in my mind that they would do everything possible to resolve it and leave you feeling valued. 10/10.

Ordered on tuesday evening, i understand bank holiday weekend holds things up but its been a whole week now and not received anything

Used them a few times now and found them very reliable and quick service. They have some good sales on too!

Got my first juice bottle it came 3 days after the estimate date of delivery and on top of that it came broken in the bottom spilled half the bottle on the package.... So i dont think i will be buying again!

Maybe i was just unlucky !!! Not satisfied thou.

This is the best and most rewarding vape store online that I have found they always have the best products for the cheapest prices and I have been purchasing juices every month from this company with no problems. They have a very wide selection of products and they always give you a little surprise in your package when it arrives👌. What I like most is that you an build up your vape store points for every purchase that you complete and this is well worth while if you purchase as many bottles as I do all in all 10/10 rating !!

I recently purchased some e juice from this company, I was dubious at first and I should have really trusted my instinct.

I paid for 3 e juices, and paid for express delivery since there was no actual aprox delivery date for a signed for package (which is also extremely unhelpful) I asked when it would be expected and they said Monday. Well 3 days later, no juices and no contact despite multiple emails.
Honestly the measure of a company is its customer service, big or small. To not even contact a paying customers enquiries about a missing order is disgraceful.

These sorts of companies are a dime a douzen and I recommend you stay away

First of all my order was sent by second class post when I had paid for first class. One of the nicotine strength's on my order was sent wrong but after speaking to Jen Wilson she refunded my postage fee and kindly sent out the item that was sent wrong again. Unfortunately this was sent wrong a second time and on speaking to Jen she has resent the item even though I told her that there was no need. Jen is a credit to getvape and gas been helpful and friendly through the whole process

Dissatisfied with the fact I've been sent an email to say my vapes has been dispatched 6 days ago and still I haven't received them. It said on my receipt that it would be delivered first class and require a signature as well. I have written an email chasing some answers from Get Vape but to date no one has come back to me. This is the first time I've used this company and at this rate it will be the last....

I have placed two orders in total with GetVape, both of which have been very slow.

The first order I made on a Wedsneday, paid for second class delivery and didn't receive it until the following Wednesday evening. I sent them an email to ask if everything was ok and they just said maybe RM was being slow.

The second order I placed on Thursday last week. I thought I'd give GetVape the benefit of the doubt as I genuinely did enjoy the products.

I paid for Royal Mail first class signed for to avoid the slow delivery of last time.

It is now 19:40 on Tuesday and I haven't received my order.

I have sent GetVape two emails over the last two days and am yet to receive a response.

There is no phone number either, so nobody to talk to.

Overall poor customer service and very slow delivery (what was the point in paying for first class).

I won't be ordering from them again.

Honestly cannot fault these guys. Brilliant service, juices are awesome and their prices are always reasonable. Can't recommend them enough if you enjoy nice juices.

Have been using getvape for nearly a year now. Have not been able to find premium e-juices at such good prices anywhere else. Delivery is always fast. My order has turned up the next day on a few occasions. Plus they always chuck in some sweets! Bonus!
