When I first started with Get visible I had a few issues with the work, which they iron out eventually. I was then assigned a new SEO manage to liase with and get the job done to my preference. I would say Get visible try to meet your every need especially if you are not happy with the work carried out. Keep up the great work!!

Getvisibleweb ripped me off!! Almost $1,000 Australian Dollars. I am a landscape gardener and earn less than $40,000 AU per year before tax. They were extremely misleading from the beginning to the end. I am still in the process of trying to remove the website they created. They made many promises that they could not keep and also a string of on-going mistakes were made on a regular basis. They asked for the details that should be listed on the website and did the complete opposite from what I asked, Including listing my home address on the website. Apparently I do not qualify for a refund even though they did not full-fill their promises.

Just to name a few mistakes they made-

1.) When first contacted by Getvisibleweb, I was quoted a price and a for the initial website and also the SEO settings to gain first page positioning on google. They then tried to change/ increase the prices thinking that I would not notice.
2.) I was told initially that within 3-4 weeks my business would be on the first page of google. Then after the 4 weeks they said it would take 8 weeks, and this continued.
3.) I was asked to answer a list of business details that they would use for the website and SEO settings which I answered all in writing (email typed document) that also included the keyword settings that I knew prospective clients would type to find business's such as mine however, I received a phone call about 3-4 weeks later asking for the same details that they had already received, They told me there was a technical error and the information was lost.
3.) I specifically asked them to only use information and photo's from my previous free wix website as I knew what important information clients here in my region of Australia need to know however, they created a website full of misleading information that was not even relevant to my business including a photo of a guy hosing his roof with a normal garden hose which was suppose to indicate that I provide a pressure-cleaning service. Too many content mistakes to mention, the list goes on.
4.) In the document that I emailed including my business details, I had specified to not list my home address as I provide a mobile service only. My home address was on the website for months after I told them of this mistake. After each mistake, I was told 'We are very sorry and it will never happen again'. It kept happening. During our phone communication almost every time they asked me for information that I had already supplied them with in regards to my website preferences.
6.) How I think they really fooled me was that after almost 3 months of signing up they sent me a report of the keyword settings and the page my business was listed in on google. One set of two keyword was successful in getting my business to the 1st page however, it was not a keyword that any client would type to search for the services I provide. It was not one of the keywords I had specified in writing and it was obvious that the only reason my business was on the first page of google was because no-one else in their right mind would actually type these words in to look for business's such as mine.

This was when I decided to pull the plug as it was obvious Getvisible was not, and still is not providing a genuine service. I have asked repeatedly for a refund however, they told me that they have completed everything they said they would. How do people like this sleep at night? So upsetting and it has been stressful and damaging to my business! I have since done research and have read other stories in forums including one very unhappy customer explaining that this is a fraudulent company- which you can find at complaintsboard forum

Update: I posted the above review yesterday and just received a phone call from Getvisibleweb today:
Getvisible web called me today offering me a 50% refund if I take down this review.

I refused!!!!

I am now in the process of asking other business's who have used Getvisibleweb to tell their story. If you have been ripped-off by Getvisibleweb and have a similar experience to mine, please write you're review on this site. If we all make a stand, we can stop this from happening to others!!!!
