The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us a deeper understanding of her city and its local specialties. The tour was entertaining, informative, and the food was delicious. It made us want to explore the city even further. The tour gave us a very good first impression.

I used GYG to book a historic cruise in Budapest. Online ordering and payment was easy and importantly, the cruise operator had our details when we arrived on the day! A great experience.
We have also booked an upcoming River Thames HOHO cruise in July with GYG - here’s hoping that runs as smoothly.

Nice boattrip! Correct people. We did our trip on a later date because of bad wether. This was no problem. The adress to start is not so easy te find. There are more boat companys on the same adress. Maybe better inform the customers?

Our guide AK did a great job of getting us to all the sights safely and with a great attitude.

Great for organizing tours & experiences ahead of your trip and also last minute once you have arrived. Have used several times in different parts of the world and all experiences have been great.

We recently booked a one-hour evening champagne cruise on the Seine. The cruise itself was exactly as described, although we did find the onboard commentary quite difficult to hear. That said, the evening views were absolutely spectacular (we sailed after 10:00 pm in June), with a perfect sunset and stunning views of Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower.

Our only real issue was that the instructions for finding the boat were a little unclear. We also recommend being cautious with the tickets — we arrived 30 minutes early with our tickets already downloaded to our iPhone wallet, but were told they were invalid and had been cancelled, despite the correct date and time being clearly displayed.

Thankfully, I had mobile data and was able to access the confirmation email and download the tickets again. However, without that option, it could have been a very disappointing end to what was otherwise a wonderful visit to Paris.

Get your guide supplier experience is pretty poor. the purpose of an OTA is to make it easy to manage your bookings on a platform that makes you more visable. they do make you visable but they however have almost no customer service options to help you if something is not running smooth on there platform and finding answers is not made easy. this as a buisness owner is a huge problem and makes using the platform compared to other options not a priory compared to platforms that have dedicated staff on hand to help you. if searching endless forums sounds like a good way to spend your time feel free to use this platform. the platforms look and guest use seems well built but from the guide/ operator side it feels like a nightmare.

Booked a Sydney Harbour buffet dinner cruise. A great experience & very easy to book.

It was easy to book different tours. We received a phone call the day before our Pearl Harbor tour so we could get information on the pick-up site and time. The lady was very friendly and helpful.

Totally enjoyed the tour, everyone was nice and helpful, and the tour covered lots of interesting sites!

The company GetYourGuide is not reliable company. I ordered a tour “ Tromsø: Fjords and Sommarøy Islands Tour with Salmon Picnic” at this company on June 28, 2026 having cruise on Cunard “Queen Anne”. This company canceled this tour in “last minute”! It happened on the late evening of June 27, 2026. It ruined my plans for the cruise ship stop in Tromso, Norway. I could get cancelation only because I had very expensive internet wifi from the ship. I can’t trust the company GetYour Guide any more!!!
