Are they trying to collect data????

They have called me numerous times, and the connection dropped each time.
And then the lady tries to confirm my data with me. They have the birthdate wrong and I say OK, send everything to me and she says no I cannot send without correct birthday. And when I said well this sounds like fraud, she got mad and hung up on me!
