Very easy website to navigate and order product.
Very good support from order placement to quick delivery.

Fantastic company who did what they said and when. They kept me informed on when it would arrive and they were correct in their statement.
The product tank is amazing quality and I now have a fantastic new pond for my fish.

The original order was lost by the courier, and although they couldn’t replace it with the exact same items, they provided more expensive alternatives instead. The communication and customer support were excellent throughout the process, and the quality of the replacement items was also very good.

Great customer service. Bins are robust, came with clear signage and colour coding which helps people make the right decision when choosing a bin. Delivered on time and so far we have a happy solution to our office waste and recycling.

Good quality product that was delivered within time scale stated.

I was trying to order 2 grit bins in yellow and the grit to go in them. I made a real hash of wanting to show my husband that I could manage. Unfortunately I couldn’t, thankfully I was able to phone and Will sorted everything out for me. I found the way you could track the order was very helpful and Will even changed the name and address of who was to receive the goods and I was sent an email to confirm everything. What started out as my nightmare, turned into a very good experience .

Ordered a Grit Bin Pack for our Warehouse. Issue with tooling meant it was delayed but G-Force communicated well and offered me an alternative at the same price. Kept in touch to advise delivery and followed up post delivery to check all was fine. Great customer service both during ordering and post delivery - 5 stars to the team!!

Will & Sam went above and beyond sorting my delivery problems with DX couriers (AVOID AT ALL COSTS) even worse than EVRI but we Got there in the end communication is the key to a successful business with your client base and G- FORCE came through on a daily basis I highly recommend these guys for aquarium quarantine Tanks at half the price and better quality than anywhere else try these guys for pricing what have you got to loose?.
