Bought several pizzeria equipments at…

Bought several pizzeria equipments at good market price, but all of them as very low quality material.
Customer service almost useless. Basically if you are lucky that the equipment will work well no problem, if not you wasted your money.

Rude and so unprofessional !

Rude and unprofessional ! Bought 2 expensive cold rooms from GGM Gastro for our restaurant. The top parts were all smashed and broken.
Though not asking for refund, the only word I got was “you passed deadline to investigate your request”.

Company dukic psp company

once ok company, now scammers. ordered the machine 3 weeks ago and paid for it. now they are sending me suspicious emails about some identity of my company, I am afraid that their path is going downhill

Worst company

Honestly speaking, the worst experience buying anything in my life:
-No email or probe of payment after purchase an important amount.
Requested by phone more than 30 times, no one capable of helping us.
Thanks god I took a picture of my order number
-No info about delivery eta
After calling million of times and speak with more than 10 different customers service agent, in Germany/ Switzerland and France,one of them realized that it was missing tax payments (no mentioned in any part) so we had to pay again more money and no probe of that, just our bank info.
Thats mean their “discount” are totally fake.
- the person who took our email address wrote it wrong and NO ONE of the customers service agent who pick up our more than 50 calls was able to correct this email (incredible)
We sent to all of their emails address this request of correct the email to know at least when our order will arrive and still today nobody is able to do it.
Every time we call, one new customer service and still the email is wrong
- we knew our order was being deliver by a call of one of the currier person the same day
He was in front of our door and we didn’t be advised on time to be prepare to receive the over 2000 kg of equipment.
It was a nightmare
- on top of that, one of the fridge was damage with a LEDs broken.
We are trying to have assistance on that….still our email address is wrong (it passed 1 month since we start trying to fix it) so no body can help us and we have no idea how to claim this
Every call to them is a new person, a new claim and a new lost of patience
Nobody takes responsibility of any of this, they just do a dossier of our problem and pass it to a who knows!
Still today, they have our email wrong so we have not any invoice of our almost 10000 euros purchase, the fridge is broken and our patient is burning!!!!
Unbelievable….disappointing
And even some of them (picking our calls) were rude!!!!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!

Made a big order of over 8k euros. We never got the email that confirms the order and the final price was missing an amount that they added later on for customs ( although the website said it was marked as final price). On top of that, im still missing the invoice of all the payments and the equipment was sent to our restaurant but no one informed us about the delivery from ggmgastro. It arrived with an essential piece broken. Its over 2 weeks now that we are trying to get someone to follow up on our requests to solve the technical issue but they dont give us any solution or update. They keep on sending their answers to an email that isnt correct despite of us notifying them about this several times since a month ago.

We are seriously considering to sue them.

Very good customer service

Very good customer service, they helped me with a product which got damaged because of transport, they handled it very professional, i will defenitly order again. thank you ggm gastro.

GGM Gastro has been supplying me great…

GGM Gastro has been supplying me great gear for the past 7 years.They have a huge amount of stuff
the gear is good quality compared to its price elsewhere
I find that there is lots of different levels of quality for the same thing which might be confusing
delivery is prompt and efficient I just wish there was more support in choosing the right thing from 3-5 options all looking the same priced differently

No Technical Support

We ordered a fridge who was supposed to arrive in 4 days. We had to wait 22 days to receive it. In October 2022, 2 years after the acquisition, the fridge broke. Every time we turned it on, we experience electricity shutdown in the kitchen.
There are no technical support / or partnership with local company to provide assistance and reparation in Portugal. The technical support is is Germany, which make it very complicated to provide any kind of after-sale service.

Poor customer supprt and complaint process…

I ordered more than 5 months ago a dual zone wine fridge.
It arrived with a broken door, not only it took about 1 month to receive the replacement one but I needed to replace it myself... but was also damaged.
Later I noticed that the coolest zone temperature varies for 8°C, they mentioned it's hysteresis (which shouldn't be more than 4°). But even hysteresis is not good for wine storage and I never had this in my previous wine-fridges.
After a couple of month they offered me to replace the entire unit if it was still in its original packaging... It's a joke right.
Now I have asked them to come to pick-it up and reimburse me just 80% of the paid amount to close the problem. They answered weeks later by they will send a new door.
How this will fix the temperature problem as this fridge as an illogical design, the coolest zone is on the upper part of the wine-fridge and the warmest one on the bottom. This is against physical law, where the hot air goes up. This mean that the fridge struggle to keep the coolest zone fresh as warm air comes up from the lower warmer zone.
Send a email reminder to the reklamation department and still waiting for answer.
Update on 28th October:
After some email exchange they still insist in the fact I need to prepare the wine fridge for pick-up with the original packaging. Who on earth will keep this for 6 months... I offered them to either pay me back or to send a new wine fridge and I'll use this packaging to return the old one. No news....

David was very great and professional.
I did a lot of orders theses last years, but it’s time it was very flexible and confortable with David, he was patient and very understanding about my kitchen plan.

Most terrible customerservice ever

Most terrible customerservice ever: asked to cancel an order even before it was out for delivery. They ignored my e-mails and phonecalls until the article was eventually delivered. It was damaged at delivery and before I even knew it was delivered (they dropped it at my neighbour since I was out working), I received a complaintform for transportdamage. This was the first sign of life from their side, since I had been messaging and calling. Now they are asking me to pay for returning the damaged article with palletfreight... We could have been saved from this mess if they didn't ignore me when trying to reach them. I must say, when I e-mailed them to order, they replied immediately. They even placed the order themselves (oh the irony). Save your money and never buy from this company! I wish I had checked the reviews on trustpilot before I had ordered.

Very unfriendly when you have a problem.

A product did not fit at the installation site because the description of the product did not specify the height correctly. When unwinding the purchase, all sorts of hurdles were set up. After cancelling the purchase, all sorts of problems were thrown my way. Communication was very delayed and the process of return was very complicated. I had the impression that they wanted to annoy me to the maximum. I did not get my money back until a month after the cancellation.
Everything was legally correct, but everything allowed was just used against the customer.

Terrible service & poor quality

Terrible service, poor product quality. Our 2k freezer doesn't work anymore after just 2 months!! The company won't help to fix the issue and says we need to go and hire an expert to fix it for us. Never heard of warranty and customer service apparently. I cannot recommend and I wish I'd bought my freezer somewhere else!
