Please please please don't order…

Please please please don't order anything from this company,
I placed an order for two saladettes with other kitchen equipment for my first business 3 weeks before I opened and saw that it offers a 3-4 day delivery service which I thought was plenty of time to get my deliver but after a few week I was getting a bit concerned and I thought I'd email them to check, and I was shocked to see that my order wasn't even dispatched yet, and when I messaged the company with my concerns due to it coming very close to my opening date,I was truely disappointed with the reply.
I was told basically it was coming and thanked me for my order.
It's been nearly 3 weeks now and still no equipment.
Please stay clear of this company.

Second Order, Same Problem – Incomplete Delivery

am very disappointed with my experience with GGM Gastro. This is already the second time that my order has arrived incomplete.

The first time this happened, I assumed it was just bad luck or a one-time mistake. However, now that it has happened again, it clearly shows that the problem is not accidental but related to their organization and service.

What is even more frustrating is that this time they are not responding to my emails at all, even though I am simply asking them to send the missing items from my order that I have already paid for but never received.

For a company that supplies professional gastronomy equipment, this level of service is very disappointing and unprofessional.

Doggy company!

Doggy company!
I have placed a large order about 15k
Back in December to make sure all the order arrived by the middle of January ! Only Part of the order was delivered 3 weeks later! Of schedule! So I decided to cancel the remaining order I couldn’t wait any longer! And I asked for a refund of the missing items! Which they never refunded I have now to take legal action in order the recover my money

STEER CLEAR GGM GASTRO PART 2

as a buisness owner myself i undertsand reviews and vaalue their importance, having previously posted a review about these shower of messers ,i have decided to post a new one to make potential customers aware to STEER CLEAR, after months of waiting for my new fridge to be repaired, i have decided to purchase a new fridge from a proper company in ireland, this company is a joke, they have just sent me a set of straps and asked me to place the 3 door sliding fridge of nearly 2.5 meters long on a pallet , strap it down , cover it in cardboard and send them a picture of it ,they will then organise to collect it and return it to germany for an examination, they have wore me down after 4 months of messing about i would not be bothered contacting them again , this review is true and i implore people to be avoid this company as there after sales is less than deplorable. An extremely disappointing experience

We are very disappointed by the service of GGMGastor. The true value of a good company is not revealed when all goes well, but when there are some setbacks. In the case of GGMGastro the response was extremely unsatisfying. This experience relates to a B-to-B transaction with GGM Gastor ordering an isothermal chamber.

The product was delivered with a damaged part. A replacement was asked for and conceded. The condition though was a waiting time of 8 weeks (communicated on the 14th of november 2025). After 10 weeks (27th of January 2026) we received an email stating that we will receive the damaged part in the following days. On the fifth of February we receive a new email saying that the part was out of stock again and that we have to wait another 8 weeks.

In reaction we send our disconsent and explained the urgency of the situation since the quality of our services depend on the correct functioning of our isothermal chambers. We urged to give us an alternative solution, to which the answer was an explanation of the situation and a thank you for our patience.

The treatment and service of GGMGastro we have received so far shows a company that, in case of setbacks, is not trustworthy and completely incapable of answering their client needs. We highly recommend looking for an alternative in case of ordering gastro related purchases.

Extremely Poor Service

Extremely Poor Service – No Product, No Refund, Hidden Charges
I am extremely disappointed with GGM Gastro International GmbH and their handling of my order.
I placed an order for a Commercial Electric Potato Peeler Machine on 15/01/2026, worth £573.49. This is my invoice #
103009126 .Due to long delivery after I cancelled the order before it was dispatched. Despite this, I have still not received my refund, and it has now been nearly one month.
I have contacted the company several times via email, but the responses have been slow, unclear, and unhelpful. To make matters worse, they are now trying to charge me €253 for delivery, even though delivery was clearly advertised as free on their website. This is completely unacceptable and feels misleading and unlawful.
So at this point:
No product delivered
No refund issued
Extra charges invented after cancellation
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Holding a customer’s money without providing either the product or a refund is not ethical or professional.
I would strongly warn others to be very careful before ordering from this company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend GGM Gastro at all.

BROKEN PRODUCTS AND NOBODY CARES

We ordered products for the restaurant on 14.12.2025. First, the delivery was delayed by more than 20 days and only after we called, they realized that part of the order had not even been taken over by the delivery service. After we finally received the products, the grill, which is the most important thing for our business, arrived broken and cannot be used because its lower part is dented and the legs are literally torn off. And now that I am writing a review, I have not yet received feedback on when they will refund my money for the grill, not to mention the damage they caused to the restaurant's profits because we were counting on that grill and had no backup option. From Norway to German customer service, I have not received any concrete answers from anyone and it is an understatement to say that we are disappointed and frustrated. And it is not the first time we have ordered something, this is our third or fourth order, but unfortunately the last because we will not allow ourselves to be fooled like this for our money again.

Avoid

Avoid. Ordered a meat mincer, they delivered a different item. I returned it to the and that was it. No refund, no order no replies even though they communicated up to the point of arranging a courier for the wrongly delivered item. I finally received my money back today but only because I opened a charge back claim through my bank. Avoid at all cost.
