I have only just started my Non Lucrative Visa application and so far have received a prompt and professional service.
Georgie Hines in London has been great, always able to answer any questions (lots), explaining the process clearly and making the decision to instruct Giambrone easy.

This was my 3rd time working with Giambrone (with Coral and co). All was every simple and straight forward as always, we did require more information but we resolved that very quickly and my process was then successfully. Trying to obtain a D7 for Portugal.
Have had a list of documents needed and a promise of an appointment at the Portuguese Embassy/Consulate in London. This firm is basically one of the gate keepers. Constantly asking for further payments and still waiting for an appointment.
I have been approached by this firm asking for further details or else Trust Pilot may not carry this post.
Slightly disingenuous as they know exactly the situation.
In November I paid £594 to the London office.
In December I paid €806 to the Porto office.
I am withholding the last payment until I actually obtain an appointment at the Portuguese Consulate in London. In essence, all I have so far is a list of required documents which I sorted out in December. The last email that I received from the Porto office was that the website they use to book appointments had crashed which was on Friday last.
90% of my reviews are favourable and I have never been asked to justify a review.

Giambrone Law was helpful and responsive when it came to handling my own citizenship paperwork. They answered inquiries quickly, moved things along, and provided solid support throughout my personal application.

However, I can only give two stars because of a very serious issue with my child’s citizenship case. The firm provided incorrect legal counsel that nearly cost my child the opportunity to obtain Spanish citizenship. Despite the mistake, they refused to take responsibility or offer any refund for the more than $5,000 I spent on that portion of the process. Their stance was essentially that the error was not theirs to own.

What made this even more frustrating is that the correct path forward was something I ultimately found through a Facebook group of others navigating the same citizenship process—people who actually cared about helping one another succeed. A single thoughtful question from Giambrone could have revealed this same path, but my child was just one of many clients, and by then the firm already had our payment.

For anyone seeking legal counsel for Spanish citizenship, my recommendation is to look elsewhere. While Giambrone can be responsive and helpful with straightforward cases, it is entirely possible to receive incorrect legal guidance—and in my experience, they do not take ownership when their mistakes put clients at risk.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. They are a scam of a company. They have no clue about Europeans seeking settlement status in the UK, yet they charged me for giving absolutely zero useful information. On the day I had the chat with their paralegal, she didn’t even know about the recent rule changes and I informed her about the change. Avoid this company at all costs.
