The parcel has not been received by the…

Status of goods said delivered, but goods had not been received
had issues trying to contact seller as the online form wouldn't let me proceed saying my order number was incorrect it took many attempts but eventually registered my concerns. They contacted me quickly and resolved issues
I would still suggest offering another way of correspondence either via e-mail or phone in such situations but once they were aware of situation they did resolve issue quickly

I ordered on a Thursday morning & paid…

I ordered on a Thursday morning & paid extra for 1-2 days delivery expecting that the parcel would reach by Saturday as Sunday was Mothers Day but it’s Monday today & the parcel is meant to reach today.. I could have paid for 3-5day & it still would have probably reached today so I am disappointed

We do specify at checkout that delivery can take 1-2 working days which are Monday to Friday. I am so angry

I am so angry. I messaged to Cancel my order on Monday and said on Tuesday that they’ve already dispatched the item when it says dispatched on Wednesday…. Now I’m trying to contact them so that I can get a return address to send it back to but I’m hearing no response. I’m stuck with a hamper. Very very poor customer service I will be raising a dispute

False advertising

Beware what you think you're buying. False advertising. Using my photographs from my business with my business name and logo stickers on! The sweetcones images are mine. I would give zero stars for the…


I would give zero stars for the misrepresentation of an item through fake images. The items I ordered were nothing like what my parents received as a gift. The doughnuts looked cheap, not like the colourful image, and tasted dry. The barfi was also coloured cubes, nothing like the image. What a shame!

And as for their address on Google to leave a review...it is fake, just like the images on their website. A bathroom shop… how does one make gift baskets in a bathroom shop? Please, do explain. Just a bizarre setup!

Do not spend your money here. Do not waste your hard earned money on false advertising. I strongly advise against ordering from this business. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

O rating, no product delivered no way of contacting other than silly online form that no one responds too. Don't bother ordering from them, will have to fraudulent claim now to get my money back.

They don't even deserve the one star…

They don't even deserve the one star given to them - Absolutely worst order ever, will never ever purchase from them again - not only did the fruits came rotten - they sent the wrong basket of fruits and telling me this is what I ordered - then the wrong basket of fruits did not even have one item that was confirmed should be there - I sent pictures and everything - and now I'm being told to return the item at my expense to get a full refund - absolute scammers - the pictures alone of rotten fruits should guarantee a customer full refund - it's called good customer service.

Stale doughnuts

Stale doughnuts!

I ordered the hamper basket donoughts one week ago and I only received them today. I reached out to the customer service team and was advised that the donoughts would be sent out as soon as they could see the tracking. They apologised and only offered me a refund for the delivery. Fast forward, the donoughts have come today and they look so out of date and have been sweating in the containers. I was advised by the customer service team that the donoughys stay fresh for up to a week, so it was to my suprise that I bit into them today when they arrived and they were rock hard and stiff. I am absolutely disappointed with the service from this company and I await to hear from the team regarding a FULL refund due to the bad service and stale donoughts despite paying express delivery.

haven’t arrived ☹️ if they can’t send out what you order should not be advertising these goods
