I live in Panama and wanted to send a "just because" gift to Kenya. The gift was delivered on time, the presentation was beyond lovely and they even included a packing slip. I am very pleased and extremely impressed. The recipient loved everything in the package.

I bought 2 gift hampers to Germany as a birthday surprise for delivery Jun 5th and requested a pic to see the hampers.

On Jun 5th I got an email stating the gift was delivered, but no pic. I asked about the pic, and they stated it was not possible in Germany. Who doesn't have a phone to take pics in 2023? They assured me however that the gift was of highest quality, and was delivered to a pick up point designated by my friend as he wasn't home. They included a tracking link.

I noticed on the link it showed delivery to the pick up on Jun 2nd and stated ONE piece.

I didn't hear from my friend on Jun 5th, but on Jun 6th he received an email stating to collect the gift at a collection point as he wasn't home Jun 5th. They never went to his home...the tracking showed it was delivered directly to the collection store Jun 2nd. They were lying and orchestrating everything as if he missed the delivery.

I asked my friend to send me a pic. It was only ONE package containing 2 cheap packs of biscuits, one bar of lindt chocolate, and one pack of nuts. I paid over $300 for TWO separate gifts containing gourmet teas, coffee, jams, several cookies, chocolates, a mug and other stuff. They are ABSOLUTE FRAUDS!!

I demanded a refund as I had proof of photos, and tracking link they sent. I was refunded immediately after sending a furious email with threat to involve authorities.

Getting the refund however does not bring back or rectify the lost experience!! In fact, they deliberately and completely ignored his birthday Jun 5th!! DON'T RISK IT IS MY ADVICE.

I got my full amount refunded from the company. Special thanks to Yamil who took the main initiative to follow up my case and ensured that i recieved my full amount. He was very supportive unlike other agents with those who i have conversations through WhatsApp which yoeled no results in the past. I would like to remind the that rather athan leaving any issue halfbaked, it should be followed up unto the last and ensure the customer is best satisfied with the company's services. Ordered a gift to another country. Payment made through Xanpay, a third party payment agency. Later had to cancel due to personal reasons. They didn't refund the money. On asking they told that they had already refunded the amount to Xanpay. When contacted Xanpay, they are citing various reasons and haven't paid me. These guys are simply frauds. Don't ever do transactions with them. Look for other genuine online gift services.

Great gift options and always reliable service, including to Russia. Have used them many times over the years.

What a rip off!!!!!!!!!! Had the service for Tallinn Estonia, for a beer package.

I looked into it after my wife said the price and was floored.
6 x bottles of a.le coq double stout (about 15 eur total)
100 g parmigiano reggiano (4 eur at the rimi for the exact brand!!!!!)
1 rose (a few eur maybe)

I totally expect there to be an upcharge when we receive things like this, but this horrible. My wife spent 150 USD+ for what is maybe (and I think I'm over guessing) 25 eur worth of items.

Plus their communication was pretty bad and only got good when my wife threatened to cancel. I wish she had, and just sent a bolt order.

This is beyond ridiculous and strongly advise staying far away from them. If you look at the price of the items and ask the recipient the price, you will understand why.

Ordered champagne and flowers for my niece’s birthday who was studying abroad and couldn’t be happier with the service, communication, and quality of their products. I was hesitant at first as it was being sent overseas, but they delivered quickly (within 2 days) and as promised keeping in touch every step of the way. A little pricey but definitely worth every dollar spent. Would highly recommend. Thanks for a great experience.

The customer service is wonderful. They rang me within 30 minutes the first time I used them as I had forgotten to add receiver's phone number. Another time I got the address wrong and they sorted it immediately I realised. I use twice a year to send gifts to my son in Hong Kong from UK. They are always delivered on time and are beautifully packaged and of high quality.

I found this company very reliable.My relatives in Spain specially my grandkids were so very happy of what they received from us here in Canada. They were surprised! They sent us pictures and video of it and we were amazed too!

Gift was scheduled to be delivered on Valentines Day. Tracking showed gift was sitting in local office on Valentines Day but it was never delivered.
