Don't order from here

Don't order from here, they don't have a customer service number that works, their "customer support" is an automated chat that leads you with no answers as to what happened to your order, just takes you to the FAQs, info that's already there and doesn't help to find out what happened to your order, it's been 10 days and the page where it shows the status of my plastic card order still says "printing" I paid 2-day shipment cost and it's been over a week and there's no way to communicate with them to find out about my order. This site sucks, try another one that has a customer service department that they could answer questions, their number that shows on their page doesn't work.

Worst Service Ever...!!

Worst Service Ever...!! I tried to buy a gift card for a vendor with my corporate credit card. After they APPROVED my order and I told my vendor their gift card was on the way (I paid extra, FED EX 2-DAY), 2 days later Gift Card Granny sends me an email stating my order was cancelled due to potential fraud. I sent a message to their customer service team letting them know I used my corporate credit card for the purchase and I work for the bank who issued the card. I also called the bank and they said there was no problem with the card or any transactions. Gift Card Granny's customer service replied and told me they would not speak to me about the situation because I could be a fraudster. Really...??? So now my vendor is not getting the gift card I promised them and I have to go somewhere else to get the gift card I needed 2 days ago. Gift Card Granny has the WORST customer support when they will approve, then deny a transaction 2 days later, and then refuse to speak to the customer and explain what's going on. Do yourself a favor and find another gift card vendor...!!

I TRIED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE TO SAY I NEVER RECIEVED THE MERCHANDISE ( I THINK I WAS SCAMMED) AND WANTED TO ASK THEM TO REVERSE THE CHARGES, BUT ALL I GET IS CHAT NOW ASKING IF I RECIEVED THE CARD OVER AND OVER AGAIN.. BEST ADVISE GET A REAL VISA CARD NOT A GRANNY

I ordered a Visa gift card as a…

I ordered a Visa gift card as a Christmas present. Even after registering the card it was declined. The recipient tried it at Walmart, Amazon and Publix and was declined at each place. I was unable to get assistance from their non-existent customer service. Now I'm out $100 and recommend staying far far away from this sham of a company.

they turned off their customer reviews for a reason

I have the same problem as many customers of gift card granny, customer service is not responding to my CHATS ! One of the egift cards I sent was never received. I asked them to resend to a different email but all I got was a ticket #. I asked this to be done more than once. No response. I tried again and got a new ticket number, no response. I will not be using gift card granny again. It seems to be a good way for someone in their organization to make extra money. The phone number they list is always busy. Please do not use this company because sooner or later they will do the same to you.

Worst ever for communication

Worst ever for communication! 1 phone number is disconnected, can't get ahold of a real person! Trying to settle a dispute, but have gotten nowhere! This company is probably raking in the cash, but to cheap to spend on operators for customer service! Don't trust, Gift Card Granny!!

TRUE TO THEIR WORDS

I selected GCG because of the webpage, and seeing they were based in Pittsburgh, Pa. (I am from W. Pa.) I trusted them and spent $1400 in family gift cards. I was able to go through the process of online purchasing-- even as a computer illiterate granddad (not grandma). The ordering was well designed and straightforward. There was some confusion about the confirmation and processing, but, within 2 days they did EXACTLY what they said they do...they custom printed cards (with my picture) and delivered all 9 Visa gift cards in Tn and Me. The recipients were thrilled, and I was thrilled. I will use GCG again. AAron in Fl.

Cancelled Christmas order on Christmas Eve

Ordered Christmas gift cards for each of my 7 Grandchildren. Paid extra to ensure they arrived by Christmas. Ordered on 12/19 and advertised arrival in 4 days. Here it is Christmas Eve and no cards. Took forever to figure out how to talk with a real person who just cancelled my order and said sorry we had an internal error and your order did not process. That is just not acceptable.

What number was listed, Will never use this website again for future gift cards.

Impossible to reach Customer Service

Ordered an expensive gift card for someone in need. It was to be sent 2 day express. 2 days later, it shows ‘being printed’. No customer service online, only bots that repeat the same useless questions over and over. It remains to be seen when/if the card will finally be delivered. Never again. Big thumbs down.

Shocked, embarrassed and angry… avoid this scam!

Wanted to send my young God son a $50 gift for his birthday. He lives near Chicago, and I’m near L.A.. When I made my purchase w/gift card granny, I immediately received an acknowledgment email stating it was sent to him successfully. I promptly asked him to check his email, and he was so thrilled he went to spend it right away. He went to purchase items online moments after he had received the email. As soon as he entered the gift card digits he saw a balance of 3 cents. That’s right only 3 cents! First confusion, then a broken heart, followed by anger. It was triple checked by his parents, and I called the store and spoke to customer service only to be referred back to gift card granny. I also email gift card granny several times, resulting in no help what so ever! I felt completely embarrassed by the incident and I apologize, explaining what happen. My God son’s reply - “whoever did this, should be put in jail.” I had to buy another gift card, but this time directly from a legitimate company.

Avoid this place at ALL cost. They will take your money, claim your email was hacked, and leave you hanging.

i bought 200 in ebay egift cards , once i received i went to check the balance on ebay, and cards had 0.00 on them, I tried to reach out to Gift Card Granny for answers or a refund and was met with no help. not buying from site again. this place scams people for thier money and ignores them when they need help

The gift card of $400 was stolen and Gift card Granny said there was nothing they could do to help. They should notify the email purchaser when the card is activated for safety purposes. I had purchased $3000 in gift cards I won't use this company again. Joe S

I only wish I could give this is zero…

I only wish I could give this is zero star. I’ve been very very sick hospitalized. Lotta tragedy in my family, therefore could not get out to get someone very special to me a birthday present. I trusted them gave them money. They immediately took the money and canceled the card and left me with no gift for my loved one. That was only the beginning of the frustration trying to reach them by phone they’ve had to spend and less amount of money and time trying to find ways to not speak to their customers. Ridiculous amount of time spent on the phone trying to figure out how to get a person to talk to me. They were willing to give a phone number for you to text them and anxious to let you chat with their robots but to actually speak to someone Was a true investment of time. Please do not waste your time, especially if the person on the receiving end of this gift is important to you. They will let you down.

They are running a Ponzi Scheem

They are running a Ponzi Scheem! They took the money off my card ($150) and then they immediately canceled my order! I had no idea until I went to use my gift card and it was declined! I emailed support and she said that my money will be refunded in about 7 days! I’m furious! I want my money at the same rate if speed, you took it! I’m reporting them to the FTC
