I still haven’t received my voucher after signing up to vodaphone broadband in October last year. It’s now been well over 120 days since my activation. I’ve sent two emails to Giftcloud ticket ref 640469 and have not heard back. I’m unsure why it should take this long to receive a response.

Appalling ‘service’ they ignore emails and no way of ringing them to discuss or complain.
I was due to receive a voucher following opening an account with TSB via MSE and fulfilled the criteria, duly waiting 90 days. My son did the same and has received his voucher, I have not so I submitted a message via their online form. I got an automated response saying they are busy - not surprised if they have done this to many others! A couple of days later they responded - by sending my message back to me! I tried all the others involved who said down to Giftcloud so I went through the same palaver and exactly the same thing happened!!!!!!
Diabolical.
08/04 update. Giftcloudsent my voucher after intervention by Moneysavingexpert.

£95 voucher for joining sky not received. I waited the 120 before being allowed to chases and still waiting over a week later. Poor business the probably succeeds on people forgetting they have a voucher to claim

I signed a Broadband contract for 3.com via giftCloud and a voucher for £50 was offered after 90 days of successful connction and service with 3.com
Fom the 04/12/2025 till today is more than 90 days and I have received nothing despite logging various complaints with giftCloud but nothing has happened.
How can anyone trust giftCloud for a legal offer not being fulfilled. 3.com have told me that it is not their issue and that giftCloud are responsible for the digital card for £50!

Signed up to vodafone broadband towards the end of last year with the £125 gift card reward. Never received the gift card last month. Have since contacted giftcloud using the form on their website and haven’t received a response for several weeks. Don’t understand why I should need to chase the reward and it isn’t issued automatically after 120 days. Their doesn’t seem to be any other method of contacting them other than the form on their website. My advice would be to avoid these offers in the future if giftcloud are involved.

Has anybody managed to get a response from this company? I bought a phone in December via CarPhone Warehouse with the promise of an £80 Amazon voucher from Gift Cloud. I have logged countless messages with Gift Cloud and just get the auto response of 48hrs. Nothing else. It's now nearly 5 months later and still no response. I would have chosen a different offer if I'd known.

Update…… after leaving this review I was contacted very quickly and within 24 hours I received my voucher. Thank you……..Unfortunately i have not had my reward voucher for signing up with Sky broadband last year. Contacted Sky they told me it’s not anything to do with them, sent emails to Gift cloud and after initial automated response, have heard nothing. Cannot find another way to get in contact with them.

Seems like I am joining the queue of people who joined Vodafone with the promise of £130 gift voucher in November. Messaged Gift Cloud on 18th March 2025 and like many others got the standard we aim to respond within 48 hrs. Like many others will have done we worked out the included voucher in the cost of the contract against other suppliers. Maybe Vodafone needs to also address why this is being allowed to happen.
Update: got a reply after posting review, and got my gift card within 24 hrs. So happy that I now have the promised reward but it shouldn’t take people having to post negative reviews to get this sorted.

Have emailed multiple times now for a response, first on the 06/03/26 and the 17/03/26 and on the 21/03/26. Awaiting my voucher following my broadband installation on the 08/11/25. Have received the automated response but no further response. Starting to think this may be a scam 😔

Signed up in September 2025 with Vodafone Broadband with this offer of £125 Giftcard, have confirmation sign up email and token number.
No giftcard recieved, chased via hello at giftcloud com and giftcloud_zendesk_com/hc/en-gb/requests/new raised 3 tickets and sent six emails and chasers over a month.....so far not a single reply.
Currently making a formal complaint with Vodafone and will raise with Resolver and the Ombudsman.
Absolutely no customer service, will never user Vodafone again because of this Giftcloud experience

I signed up to Vodafone Fibre in September 2025 partly due to them offering a £125 giftcard through their reward partner Giftcloud.
After the 120 day window had passed, during which time no email/giftcard link was sent to me, I submitted a ticket through the Giftcloud help portal on 17th Feb 2026. An automated reply was received but no further response. After another month waiting I emailed them chasing the issue on 20th March 2026, again receiving an automated reply but have still heard nothing back.
Judging by the lack of response (which seems to be a common thread in the Trustpilot reviews of Giftcloud) the cynic in me would think they are incentivised by the companies they partner with, receiving a bonus every time they ignore and don't process a claim, hoping the claim window will expire or the customer will just give up.

Registered with EE at the end of October, with an offer of a £145 gift card and have waited the length of time that was stated in the terms and conditions.
Contacted Giftcloud support, took a long time for a response just to be told they'll contact EE manually to confirm that I signed up and will have a response and get back to me within 20 working days.
As expected, I've had no response from them even after chasing twice which results in me giving this review.
I'll be looking into which Ombudsmen covers this company and contact them to make them aware.
Edit: after the reply on here I magically received my giftcard... interesting...
