Thank you so much for your prompt and very courteous reply. When I purchased my copper bracelet with magnets, I wasn't aware that I was also subscribing to something. It's certainly my fault for not reading everything carefully. At the time, I was focused on buying the bracelet, which I wear 24/7. I've noticed that while my knee pain from osteoarthritis hasn't completely disappeared, it makes it much more bearable.
I've read about this and that it's used successfully in Chinese medicine. Since I'm a believer in this medicine and have only had positive experiences, it's not just my belief in it, but also my conviction that it helps (I quit smoking 15 years ago and have lost 10 kg). So, this purchase wasn't just a spur-of-the-moment decision, but one I made with genuine conviction.
Now, your offer to correct my mistake is very generous, and I would like to thank you sincerely. I will only recommend your company based on positive experiences, and I already have.

WHEN I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK, THEY TOLD ME TO WRITE A 4 OR 5 STAR REVIEW ON TRUSTPILOT TO GET MY MONEY BACK, I TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD NOT DO THAT, AND THEY NEVER ANSWERED ME AGAIN, DISAPPEARING INTO THINK. Today, June 26, 2025, they contacted me again, with 6 emails, telling me that if I would cancel this review, they would send me my 2 euro, but first I have to cancel it, and then they would send me my money.

Oggi, 26 Giugno 2025, mi hanno ricontattato di nuovo, con 6 email, dicendomi che se avessi cancellato questa recensione, mi avrebbero inviato i 2 euro, ma che prima avrei dovuto cancellare la recensione e che poi loro mi avrebbero inviato i miei soldi.

Customer service was fast and imminent. Although I did not realize exactly how the membership process works, customer service replied to my request within a day and solved the issue in a perfect way. My rate is 4 and not 5 not for the customer service but for the membership clause that is not so transparent, according to my opinion
