It has been 5 days since I paid and ordered. Though I had received a confirmation that order is confirmed as soon as I made the payment, I have still not received the Order Number. I am unable to track it nor am I able to reach customer service. I have navigated through each and every option in the website and looks like I am lost and my money is lost too.
I am happy that they delivered the flowers with the cake on time as promised... Flowers were fresh & as promised. Cake was 1kg as promised. Not like other online gift to India websites. Quality of cake was beyond average too. All in all completely satisfied. Will use this website again for my gift to India needs.
