This company is absolutely wonderful in terms of quality for the products...products are not found on temu or ali express but only found in GiftTree there some wholesale food products and was able to purchase 25k of flour delivered within few days ..highly suggest to use these people

Buying directly from Gifttree has been a very seamless experience, I like the fact that we can buy diverse products with fair prices.

It was very easy to find the The Wiggles Party for my children's birthday and the delivery was not too long, although it could be a bit faster !

Would recommend it to anyone interested in children products!

Great service!

I ordered an item that is advertised as a upgraded version to another product. I also emailed their support to confirm if that was the case, and they confirmed. I did not received the add on, so unfortunately spent extra money for nothing and could've got the basic version. On top of these, they refused to answer my emails with related responses, and have blocked me due to "not being paid enough to continue going back and forth with me" even after falsely advertising a product and its upgraded, more expensive version. 5 days later the gift i bought as a birthday present broke, and even if i wanted to contact them for a refund, i couldn't do so. DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL! Please save your hard earned money, and do your own research on the product via Google, and see if you can see it for cheaper prices, while reading reviews on it via Amazon if available. They aren't a small NewZealand company, so dont feel like your helping them out, as they mostly just ordered from China, Temu and Aliexpress, at much cheaper prices than what they are charging you. All they do is take the photos, and descriptions, and copy and paste, while also charging 2x to 10x the price they have spent ordering for you.
A major red flag is that on their website, under reviews, they have the option to read about " is gift tree a scam". That in its self just shows how many issues other poor people have faced when trying to buy gifts for themselves, or friends and family.

They also recently sent me an email talking about this review.
" If you change your review to a positive one and send us your bank account number, we will issue a full refund. Alternatively, we can refund the money to the same card you used, provided you agree not to harm us further or make false claims. It’s simple — you get your money back in exchange for updating your review. If you continue to attack us, you will only waste your time and money — money that could already be back in your account, ready for shopping on TEMU. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation."

Order was just cancelled after just 1 week of placing my order? No explanation or any comms other than you have cancelled. What is the point in having items up for sale if we cant buy and how am I supposed to know what went wrong if there is no communications!?
