J’ai acheté un vélo à presque 3000 euros sur Gigasport. Première fois pour moi que je faisais un si gros achat en ligne. Je n’étais pas tranquille… J’ai reçu une confirmation de commande, une confirmation d’envoi et puis silence… Rien n’arrive à la date prévue. J’envoie un e mail au service client qui me réponds dans l’heure et me débloque la situation. Le vélo arrive. Tout est conforme. Le service client me contacte pour s’assurer que tout est ok. Très agréablement surpris par le sérieux de Gigasport. C’était ma première commande. J’en ferai d’autres. Je recommande. Merci Gigasport!

Décevant. Article très mal emballé, arrivé tout déchiré et en plus (chaussettes chauffantes) qui ne fonctionnent pas. 1 chaussette sur les 2 inutilisable...
Service client, très lent, aucune information de ma commande après 5 jours.
